THIS PLACE SCAMS!!! I bought a tire from them and not even 30m later it went flat while I was driving on the freeway WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD SON!! ON TOP OF THAT IT WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE 50$ AND THEY CHARGED MY CARD 100$… TOOK THE TIRE BACK THE NEXT MORNING AND THEY WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL BASICALLY SAID IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE RUDE HEARTLESS PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!!

Couldn't ask for anything better! Friendly and helpful staff, walked in with a flat tire and got out in less than 30 minutes with a patched tire for less than $20! For sure, I'm coming back for any of my tire needs!

I took my car to this shop to get a full set of new tires and they gave me used one's and another thing the little Arabic kid was the one who put on my tires and didn't balance them right. I work at twinsburgh and I live in Cleveland and once I got on the highway my car started shaking. Really bad service and poor communication

Pathetic overpriced and lousy service I was overcharged for some iron man Chinese tires woke up to a flat and they wanted to charge me again. Will be taking my money back to Firestone were the customer service and honesty is 100 percent only stopped here because I had a bad tire never again Rockyriver Firestone is were I’ll be going

I came to Road Master Tires with a flat that the dealership claimed they repaired. The technician was able to quickly figure out the issue and get the rim fixed in less than 20 minutes. I would use Road Master Tires for fair and efficient service.
