Well to get tires and rims it was not a great experience at all basically they told me I was a flat risk of those words verbatim then finally after convincing him that I wasn't homeless and I did have an address where I got mail and so on and so forth they made me sit in there for all together around 6 hours never getting tired or in rims even though I paid him their money gave them all the paperwork they needed signed all that things the very last thing they wanted me to do after I put the down payment down 2 days prior was then give him two weeks advanced payment and they told me they were just extra fees for what they couldn't tell me I called a different store after I gave him my personal opinion of their establishment and it probably wasn't very nice most of the words that I said could not be typed on this review for that yes I'm guilty but I feel like they held me hostage on the fourth day that I came back the tires and rooms were already supposed to be mounted and balanced and I sit and watched two or three people come in after me after my appointment time and get service on the other hand was left sitting out there to end up with nothing but a wasted hole 8 hour day basically on tires I didn't get money I still haven't gotten back in my opinion I would not go to the South Broadway location for any reason whatsoever.

I just took on my moms pt cruiser and the alignment seemed off so I went to RNR Tires on S. Broadway. They were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. A great place to get tires, rims, alignments etc. The hours are great as well. They also have financing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went is to the S wichita store yesterday only 2 people were working, had everything picked out and paid for in 30min. Everything i wanted was in stock. Very professional business to deal with. The only reason it's not a 5 star, is because it took awhile to get everything installed. Just because they were down a few employees. But other than that, I would highly recommend.

The customer service is outstanding". very friendly and quoted/charged significantly reasonable for the work than other places and with the obtion of payment plan if needed. We were very happy with the outcome! It's a place you can trust! We will be returning.

The entire staff is rude. I gave my name for them to look my account up thinking they were going to give me an answer to my question no instead I get told they are busy which is fine however she didn't even look my account up then proceeded to talk over me. When I called back I was hung up on then called a third time and she refused to transfer me to someone who knew how to do their job and yelled at me! This isn't the first time I've had this issue with this location and company in general! I will NEVER go back to them again!

I went in to RNR 1.5 weeks ago to get new tires. With all the rain we've had over the past few days, I'm sure glad I got them when I did! Bryant, Asst Mgr, was the one who helped me and he is just truly a good person. Great service and interaction! I was out of here in a good amount of time! While I could have paid for them through one of their financing options, I chose to go with their payments for the additional services and coverages that are included.

The whole team was freaking amazing.. the rims I wanted didn't fit the bolt pattern.Darn it, but I got something that I'm happy with, but the team was extremely amazing.Great customer service.I love this place.I will come back and I will refer customers over here.. They stayed late even though I got there at three thirty to finish my car i really appreciated them... thank you

Please incorporate an install fee for people that have already pre-bought tires for their vehicle, instead of not installing them at all.

The staff was extremely helpful and got me hooked up with a set of tires and a very much needed alignment. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend that anyone who needs new tires but is on a budget gives them a call.

While traveling on I-35 my truck developed a vibration. I googled tire shops near me and found this Gem of a store. Got to chat with the manager while my tire was checked and truly had a great experience here!There's an awesome selection of rims and tires here with a very knowledgeable staff that treats customers very well. I highly recommend stopping by and checking this business out!

I will never do business with this company again! I was laid off from my job and struggling I asked what the amount that was due was and I was given an amount then once that was paid I was given another amount afterwards! Can’t be honest and want to threaten to take tires til someone can pay which I did but then how tf am I suppose to get back and forth to my new job I’m suppose to start!? They don’t care about their customers just the money!!!
