Listen the women and guys that work at this store go above and beyond Christina, Nicole and Dakota have put up with me since day one and they have helped me out more times than one!! Don’t use them. Pawn stuff, beg and borrow for the money to go somewhere else. If you miss the 0% interest for six months you’re done. Could’ve bought the tires three times over. You’ll be told what they feel like to keep stringing you on and adding fees. Say they’ll move things and help. Most likely not. It’s a scam to get you in just to rip you off by the end. Predatory lending at its peaking. Pull you in with caring and helping appeal, just to bend you over later.

Great people, awesome team. Took a little longer then expected but the issues they found they came out and talked to us about it and showed us the problem. They fixed it and got the new tires on. My car tires look great and now my kids are safe. Thank you guys.

I bought tires thinking they were under warranty and everytime something goes wrong with one i have to pay for a new tire i at this rate i will never be able to pay it off feels like a scam to me

I can not believe what an exceptional business rnr tire is. They were extremely considerate and helpful. They have made a very loyal customer based off of how they handled a stressful and tough situation.

I purchased four tires from them, and they conducted a front-end alignment, indicating that everything was in good condition. However, after about a month, I noticed that the tires began to wear on the inside. I went back for another alignment, and they assured me that everything was fine. Since I had a warranty, I requested to have the front two tires replaced. While they did replace them, I was charged again for this service. Additionally, they mentioned that they report to the credit bureau, which I believe to be inaccurate. I have one payment remaining and have decided not to return to their business in the future.

After a few weeks Dakota finally convinced me to get tires which I needed but was going to get them from somewhere else. So good job Dakota for being persistent in a gentle way. Thank you for being courteous along with the staff.

I spoke with Dakota the whole time of my back n forth on decision making. I said I can’t find my lug nuts for my rims I will need to reschedule. Dakota reached out and said I’m sure I could find some for you it’s no trouble. Dakota was very kind and all smiles, I really appreciated that. You rarely see that in customer service jobs anymore. I had rims but was looking for the right tires for them & Dakota helped me out. The tire shop has a good atmosphere about it. I did go to the one in Van Buren, they do have good technicians. Let’s not forget about them. The technicians that put the tires on my rims was great no scratches. Hats off to the technicians thank you. 😊 a happy customer and I would refer anyone here.

Out of town and had a flat. Called and they said come on in we can take care of you. They had me in and out quickly and didn't even charge to fix my tire. Very friendly a really great experience.

Did not replace valve caps, 2nd rate tires well over the price of much better tires, hard to work with if you need to make arrangements even for a couple of days, did not reply to messages.

The service plan is great! Specially being disabled, roadside assistance is very important to me. Free rotation for life of tires!!! Wow! These are only 2 of the awesome services covered in my tire purchase! I’m ready for a road trip! Thanks to RNR!

This shop is top notch with customer service! We had a flat tire traveling through Arkansas and they went the extra mile to get us back on the road. They put the spare on for us at no charge then found the tire for us when it wasn’t in stock at their shop. We highly recommend this shop!

I just want to say a big thanks to these guys especially Brandon the nice man that fixed up my tires. A cattle guard slit both of my passenger tires, these guys made it quick and easy to replace them and helped me get a package deal so I’m covered for anything and everything! However Brandon gets a big shoutout, I brought in my un-vested service dog inside, Brandon immediately got him some water and was very kind to me, he was on top of all my requests and bagged the other 2 tires I had replaced so they didn’t dirty up my back seat. I really appreciate him and his whole team for showing awesome customer service and making everything quick and understandable!
