Edited to add: I am not saying anything bad about the people that work in this location but I will say that you should READ THE FINE PRINT on the contract for payment plans. You will end up paying 3-4 times the actual cost of the tires and have ZERO communication from Accounts. This feels like a bait and switch, and it's really unfair and quite predatory for people that are struggling. I am honestly walking away from my experience with RnR feeling so good about the whole thing. Irma, Leo, and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. My car ended up being a bit complicated with some quick repairs needed (two broken studs, locking lug nuts w/ no key) but I still got to walk away with four brand new tires and a payment plan. The process was so easy and super smooth. The hardest part was my car! But Leo completely came through and worked his butt off. The WHOLE TEAM made sure I left happy! Thank you all SO MUCH! I will definitely recommend RnR to anyone who needs tires and wheels.

Excellent service! They were one of the only places that was able to order and install snow tires before travelling out of state. I highly recommend for any and all tire services. I will definitely be returning.

I don't trust this place. Charging $200 for a tire that you can get other places for less than $100. They claim to do alignments with all tire purchases, but they're alignment bay is fill with racks of tires. And two tires purchased just over a year ago are completely bald on the inside after being "aligned".

After SO MANY problems with the accounts we are returning the products. The guys here are great I hope they strive for better place to work. All of the women I have spoke to are nasty and rude and threaten you but hang up before you can even make a payment (which they switch cards on accounts so be aware of that, I have proof of random amounts being charged as well on unscheduled days). And then tell you you're not making the payments. Absolutely the worse company to work with when it comes to the office. The guys in the shop are great I wish them future success FAR AWAY from this company.

They was great, but you tell them that you lost everything and your on streets they come and get there tire and the stock rims and then tell you that you can pick them up after 72 hours. Poor

I always come here to pay for white walls all the time. I've been a returning customer. Paid over 1600 dollars for a set one time also. They have no problem pulling that up. However I guess if you show up 30 minutes before they close they come up with any reason to not abide by it. I got my tires in 2023. Paid them off in 2023 after a few months and they are going to ask me did I pay it off in 2022, but he's looking right at my account. Then when I asked him if they could pull up the last time I been here for a tire change they said they cannot unless I give them the exact date. They think we are stupid but we are not. And last 2 times they changed my tires with no problem. Then they reconmended to me that I buy a new set and use my back tires as spares. Trying to upsell me when I told them I have a warranty and want to use it. I will not be coming back here no more but will go to their other location, maybe. If you come here, come within at least an hour to spare or else they will not work on your car; that is if you have a warranty of course 😉

Went in for low tire pressure. Found a puncture. Patched it but I knew it was time for tires. Got a full set of replacement tires for very reasonable price. Quick and pleasant service experience.
