Came in to get my alignment done, thank you to the tech and the front desk lady for helping me get a brand new set of tires, and there was only one tech today as well and he is doing a great job on everyone’s vehicles. Highly recommend RnR their services are like no other they got you covered with alignment's, new tires, even a whole wheel package, roadside assistance.

They are kind of hidden but worth it. Professional environment and they repair tires. Most want to just sell used or new tires but they are repairing mine because it’s less than a year old and the puncture wasn’t too bad. Still appreciate that they offer the repair service not just selling. Fair prices and generous.

Just got tires put on my car. They went above and beyond with their work. All the employees where very friendly. Definitely recommend them if you need new shoes for your car.

Trevor needs disciplinary action immediately. Gave me the runaround for 2+ weeks and had to make 4 trips for a set of rims to get them on the car and consistently lied in telling me he’d call me with updates and we’d get it done on Christmas Eve and I ended up showing up to a closed shop, come to find out they blew me off. Give the shop back to Barbra!!

Daryl’s customer service is amazing. Thankful for the help today. :) Update 2 years later: I had to buy another tire so I went back here because they really helped me out before. I don’t know if it’s under new management or what, but I’ve been yanked around the whole month of October. Since I bought the new tire, I’ve had to replace it 3 times. Finally, they tell me it’s because my wheel is bent, so I go purchase wheels from them and they’re putting them on. This whole time I need another tire because the wheel has been causing it to go flat. Now, they say I need to purchase another $200 tire because the warranty doesn’t cover me driving it around flat and destroying the side wall. So, at this point they were going to put on the new wheels with the destroyed tire and let me drive off the lot like that. Putting my family and I in harms way and just causing me to blow more money because of the same issue. This is the last time I’ll do business here, which is sad because 2 years ago this place was great and really took care of the customer.

This place is awesome! I went in had about a 3 minute wait and was approached by Chris he took over from there guided me in the prices of both tires and wheels and I left deposit then later that night since my car had to be towed in, I dropped my vehicle at the front door intending to bring the rest of $ h and confirm everything. I got there later in afternoon and as we tallied up my billing he said it was all done and I confused asked how with out the key and he simply said we jacked it up and did it right where it’s at!! That’s some great service! work is completed before I thought they even started! A stree free tire and wheel purchase !!! Highly recommend!!!

Unbelievable how much they charge for tires and wheels this place is a damn joke. When they did my alignment and balance they messed up and I had to pay a real shop to fix the problem I’m paying for. They’re way overpriced on everything will never recommend them plus they told me my rims were new that was a lie took them to a tire shop and they shown me why they knew they weren’t stay clear of this place

So I had a great experience go see Francisco good dude I dropped my mini cooper off told them exactly what I wanted and he went above and beyond my expectations . We threw some 20tys on chrome rims witch bye the way I was skeptical I was thinking black rims but dam I'm glad I got the chrome ones they look dam nice and they work with your money situation they will do what ever it takes to get your ride looking nice .thanks francisco

Recently a family member agreed to 4 tires on pament plan, 1st pymt due 1st week of June. They called and demanded pymt, or return of tires way prior to due date, tires were returned. 4 under rated, mismatched tires were installed, 3 went went flat just after reaching home. Nails were found in tires. Communication was immediate, R&R declined any service, or attempt to satisfy customer. Tires were defective, mismatched in various sizes, and underrated therefore extremely unsafe. A poorly run company with zero concern for customers, let alone their safety.

The people that work there are really cool and you can tell they're looking out for the best interest of the customer. You can finance wheels and tires or either or. The only issue is, there is a REALLY long wait time. But they do an excellent job.
