No one wants to sit around and wait for new tires, but Heath was super helpful and knowledgeable! The wait wasn't too long and there was plenty of Jimmy Kimmel to keep us laughing in the waiting room. Thanks for a pain-free experience. Definitely stop in if you need some new tires!

I tell them when I got tire i need make sure my payment come out every other Friday now they be try to take money out and keep threat take tire like bro I tell yall this first day..... I can't wait to pay yall off I never come here ever again I be with RNR with 8 of my car vehicles I had do after this I done with RNR.... don't waste your time our money for scammers like this.......

The gentlemen that helped me with a smooth purchase, were very personal and professional. They made sure I was comfortable while I waited, and checked on me to see if I needed anything else to make it a pleasant experience. I was able to get back on the road safely. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Heath for my future purchases. I will be sharing my experience with family and friends. Don’t bother going here if you’re late they will hit your card over and over again until your account is drained leaving you with maybe 15 dollars if your lucky I will never ever buy anything from them again or recommend anyone to rnr tire express I would leave zero stars but then I couldn’t post

Horrible experience!! Called battle creek location to setup appointment. Told them the rim and tire size they said no problem. Arrived at the location waited 37mins to be seen. Went over details 8 mins later they said they have no time to complete the tire swap. 45min one way wasted.Stopped in the Portage location in person discussed tire and rim size. Manager said no problem. Decided to call 3 days prior to appointment discussed he rim and tire size again they said no problem. Show up the day of appointment worker showed me where to unload and worker returned and said Manager was yelling at him stating they can't do the tire swap. 2xs gas and time wasted! Kelly tire completed the job that day!

The employees were polite and friendly. They handled my business as if I was someone special and I guess as a customer to them I was and. I’m pleased with the service we got and this is my second time dealing with RNR and once again I am glad that I found a store here in Michigan. We just moved here from Alabama where I bought my first set of tires for my truck.

Desk lady is the absolute worst person to work with I had my favorite sales man Ricky Bobby I mean best of the best walked in the other day cause my tire was low knew Ricky could fix it then they informed me he doesn’t work there anymore I drive home on a flat not getting my business anymore hope the place tanks lost a good one

Mike was amazing. Went in to get new tires and everybody here was amazing from the time I walked in I felt welcome, staff was knowledgeable. I was in and out within about an hour total. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for tires or rims.

Great place with a wide selection of rims and tires. The staff have a positive attitude and work quickly. I had a tire repair, and it took them about 15 minutes. I visited them the day before and they were so swamped they actually gave me a list of a few locations that were close by, but I choose to wait the extra day because of that level of professionalism.

Ricky Bobby and Tina are amazing to work with. If you need some tires and wheels for your truck or car they have 4 months same as cash prices are good honestly pricing for my diesel truck tires are better here at RNR tire express in portage mi then other tire shops I’ve used for my diesel truck. Great customer service they really care about there customers and make things so easy to get new wheel and tires and alignments and more done for your car or truck. I highly recommend them.
