Had a flat on a tire I just purchased. Being broke, I had no funds to get it replaced, but with RNR I walked out with 4 brand new tires able to make payments with no credit check. The staff was amazing, kept me updated, friendly to the max. They were short staffed today but the mechanic and front staff did their very best to communicate and assist everybody that came through. Would highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning.

Not sure where to start. Had an appointment for 10:00 AM. Arrived exactly on time. Agreed on some tires. At 3:30 PM I finally was done. Yes, I was there for 5 1/2 Hours. Went outside to leave, did not have the agreed upon tires. They claim what I got was a better tire, they just “forgot” to tell me about the substitution. Not even sure they are brand new tires, as the usual feelers that stick out were barely there. I don’t think backing the truck out of the stall wore them down. But I could be wrong. I think they are ok if you absolutely have to finance the tires for 6 months, but if I can avoid it next time I’ll just go back to Discount Tires. Their service is so much better than here. ONLY USE IF YOU HAVE TO!

The commercial on the radio stated that tires were 10% off this month and I didn't receive that. $20 down is also a lie, try $104. Commercial stated free alignments but the package doesn't state the same. Rip. Off.

Hello world, well this is how it went for me I ordered a set of tires which was falken ziex ze960 talked to the lady at the front desk and told her that is what I want but that didn’t happen I end up getting a set of falken but not the ones I want I ended up getting the old set in which the company doesn’t even make anymore falken ziex ze950. So just make sure when you go up there to get you some tires make sure you get the ones you want do the one they think is best for you.
