If I could give this place a zero, I would. My husband and I have had a really tough year and Eva was wonderful and actually helpful. Her manager Nikki took over the account and made this place look like an absolute joke. She 100% took our conversations with her over the phone person and came and got our tires one week after not being able to make a payment due to loosing a job and not knowing when I’d be able to get one THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS. It’s a good concept of a place for people in a tough spot but if I could’ve delt with a manager who didn’t think we were lieing or being manipulative then this could have been a 5 star review. Nikki will run this place to the ground, guaranteed. I will forever let anyone know about how she treated my family and I and never recommend this place to anyone, ever. 👍 way to go, Nikki. I’ll also be taking this to corporate.

We all know how Memphis roads are and I was in dire need of a new set of wheels and tires. I actually found RNR on TikTok from another person page!! From another part of Tennessee!!! I look to see if we had one in Memphis, so I called to see if they could help me. It was the best decision I could’ve made. I had the best experience dealing with RNR Tire Express on Covington Pike. I dealt with the salesman Jean for the most part on what would be best for my car & his customer service was honest & remarkable from the beginning to the end. Although I must say the entire staff there was excellent nothing but smiles, laugh, and again great customer service they explained everything from A-to-Z. I’m super satisfied with my service. I will be referring all my friends and family or anybody I just happen to hear talking about how they need wheels and tires. They have a customer out of me for life!!! Sincerely, a very satisfied customer !

I was in The store yesterday. The crew is very nice and professional. I was needing tires. They didn’t have any if the size that comes in my car but knew of other sizes that would work. I went in with may pops and came out with a brand new set of tires and was just out $20. Thank you RNR for helping make sure my car was safe for me and my children! I would highly recommend anyone to get get tires from them

They only got 1 star because that's the only way I could right this review!!! They are pure trash. Noone knows what they're doing and have the audacity to have attitudes about it!!! It's taking, yes taking (still isn't complete) 2 weeks to replace one tire and thats not all but at this point I'm already tired of typing. Take my word for it or find out the hard way!!!

I was close to paying off my 2 tires 2 weeks ago I was told I only had to pay 144 off so I gave them $45 today I found out I have to pay 230 something more how is it that I was close to paying it off then it comes bigger then what it was then the lady on the phone sounded like she had an attitude I'm feeling like I'm getting ripped off

My mama and I came in with a flat tire from her car. We had already checked it for the usual culprits, nails etc., and couldn't make heads or tails of why it wouldn't hold air. They figured out it was the valve stem and fixed it for us at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, the shop is clean and has a very enjoyable atmosphere. It feels cheerful walking in. All the employees were polite and attentive. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
