I left the one star because ever single time I called about my account I got someone different. Everyone I talked to seemed clueless even tho the last person said I will put this in the notes. So I'm like okay they understand what's happened and we can work it out.... that was over almost 3 weeks ago if not more. Only today January 15th was the issue finally made and understood. I will keep my review as 1 star only because I believe that it's needed for now until I can see better service and communication in management.

I’ve been with RNR for a few years now. They are great. Friendly service. Very knowledgeable. Time efficient. They work with your budget and even work with you when life happens as long as you’re staying in touch with them. They do payment reminders and they don’t hassle you as long as you’re communicating with them. Great company won’t go to anyone else.

I will never go to this place again or ever recommend them!!! They are so horrible to work with, terrible customer service! I still have a bad tire on my car, very noisy, they replaced one after I bugged them for a month, excuse after excuse on why it hadn't been ordered after I was told it'd be in in 3 days! I told them both back tires need replaced and two guys said they would personally call me back on it and I never heard a thing!!! I have paid and paid on these tires I should have three sets! Plus a big turn over there, an old manager would take out however much he wanted to whenever he wanted to, he said he had that right!! Wrong!! Worst place ever!!! Big rip off!!!! I could say a lot more!!

The customer service is outstanding! Everyone is so nice and polite. And being able to do a payment plan made it possible for me to get my tires before bad weather hits. However, I didn’t get the tires I wanted. And was not given the option to choose another one; they chose for me. Also, it took a really long time; I had an appointment at 10am…. It was right at 1pm when I left. Another thing… a charge was added that was supposed to be optional, which I was not ask if I wanted. I would recommend RNR… I would suggest making sure you get the tires you want before they are put on and make sure you get an explanation of charges.

These guys are AWESOME! I was just passing through town and got a flat. These guys got me right in, fixed it for free and had me on the road again in less than two hours. Nice staff, can't recommend enough!

Don’t waste your time. Called AHEAD and SPECIFICALLY asked about service on certain vehicles and was told my car was okay to bring in. Get there, and one of the “mechanics” is complaining about having to service my car in the bay area; literally yelling like a child. So loudly that I could hear in the lobby WITH the door closed. Just asked for my keys back and took my business elsewhere (go to Childress!). Don’t tell me you can work on something then subsequently complain when you have to do your job, please. Especially when I called in advance and you tell me it’s no problem?? If you don’t want to or can’t service my car because it’s going to be an issue just be transparent and dont lie or throw a tantrum in front of customers. It was also literally just for a TIRE CHECK. Severely unprofessional.

Do not explain the process if you decide on a payment plan, leave you waiting, and have a lot of angry customers in and out. While there for over 3 hours, I witnessed staff talking poorly of each other, especially their manager. Left feeling terrible about my decision to do business here. Over $800 for tires that could cost half that elsewhere.

We brought our vehicle back to the shop because we had warranty coverage on the alignment because the alignment was off. The technician that was working on our vehicle says the front alignment was good, but the rear needed adjusting. But, they told us they weren’t able to loosen the adjustments bolts in the rear. We then specifically had them show us which ones, and they did. So we took it home and we took a look at it and it doesn't look like anyone tried. So we put WD-40 on it and took our ratchet and loosen each one within a couple of minutes. So we called back to the shop and told them we were able to get it loosen and ask them when can we bring it back in to get the alignment to the rears complete. The manager says he has to talk to the technician first to find out whats going on before we can bring our vehicle back in. WTH? What an inept business! Whomever worked on the vehicle should had notes on the repair job when it was released back to us and regardless, our alignment was under warranty. They should have serviced the vehicle. It was confusing to us that we were able to loosen the adjustment bolts ourselves and the shop couldn’t. Although they finally told us to come in, after they were able to talk to the technician, and after waiting 45 minutes after our appointment time to pull our vehicle in the garage, they did finish the job. We definitely do not recommend this place and will not be coming back. We do not trust their work or people!

My wife went here to get tires cause she needed some and thought we'd save a little cash and use there financing well that worked great.. but the thing is is we have to put air in her tires every week and now that there out of financing there's nothing they can do to keep these brand new tires from losing air like I have tires on my work trucks that the other tire shop and no issues and they still fix and look at anything to do with my tires... her tires are leaking and causing more wear and tear on the vehicle
