For a first time customer they took really great care of me. Eddy went above and beyond to help me with all problems that arose. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend RNR tires to anyone needing tires. They made experience enjoyable and again I truly can’t express enough how helpful everyone was especially Eddy. They will harass you about your payments but when you make appointment and they tell you you have to wait an hour after the appointment time to get anything done.

Staff was extremely helpful and laid back. They were easy to talk to and didn't try to beat around the bush like most sales reps. Special thanks to Trevor at the front desk. I will be returning for my truck because of his professionalism and general human decency (something we don't see that much of anymore these days).

If you like getting ripped off. Paying for both tires and rims and not getting anywhere closer to owning them, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Customer service sucks ass. Don't do it. Just don't waste your $$$.

I walked in at 11 and needed tires, told them I had to be at work by one. Eddie took me to work, and when they finished the car they brought it to my job for me. They are very friendly. Eddie and Brittany are the best.

Aight I'm going to make this very clear. If you guys don't do something about the fact that you sold me tires that don't support the weight of my vehicle and the fact that you repeatedly wouldn't align my vehicle (no one can find anything wrong with the control arms or hubs) I 100% am going to take this SAFETY concern to the NHTSA and seek legal counsel/action. I'm tired of y'all not replying or addressing the issue just because I've paid the tires off.

Been paying on my tires for a few months and they were going flat every morning. I took it up there yesterday and my rims were rusted so the tires couldn’t seal correctly. They did offer to scrape the rust off but I chose to get new rims instead. Very pricey but I love the payment plan option. I pay them roughly $200 twice a month for both. Trevor has helped both times and was very friendly and made everything easy to understand when it came to payments. Plus my tires have free roadside assistance, free repair/replacements if they can’t fix it. Also free balancing and alignment!! Definitely recommend if you’re in need of tires and need a deal. Plus they will put all 4 tires on for $20 until your first payment which is nice. Edit: give Trevor a raise lmao

Tanner cordingley bought 4 tires and rims here in lawton .They gave him tires that were not capable to hold his camero weight. Just found out had a blow out because off tires not right ones for his car .Was told by discount tire in wichita falls. People there are endanger your life with there knowledge about tires. They need to make it right by giving him the tires that are supposed to be for that car plus refused to do alignment for buy tires and rims. My opinion I would not have bought them I got 4 tires in wichita falls at good years with free alignment.I also recommend him to go to better business bureau If don't do the right thing

The hospitality and customer service was fine when I walked in, but when I got ready to sign my paperwork while it was being prepared, I noticed a figure for $335 after being told my payment would only be $235 this is a big adjustment for One to have to make With their income, I think you’re you all should’ve been a little bit more honest and upfront. I don’t care what paperwork was signed. I was told that the payment would be $235. I have to go back to clarify and get this matter straight again. Before signing the paperwork, I happen to take a glance and saw $335 and I asked the lady what is that 335 for and she told me that oh that’s a paid off in six months she never said not once that they were gonna take a biweekly payment of $335 biweekly out of my account so This has to be redone re-clarified something else else has to be done because that’s not what I agreed to . All smiles and grins I guess hoping the fact that I missed that but $200 is a heckuva adjustment for someone to make out of their income. I don’t think that was fair to me.

They were a generally/genuinely happy group of people. Honestly, THAT was what made me stay. There aren’t many happy people in general anymore, so I HEAVILY appreciate being around others who are as happy (if not, happier) as I am 🥰 I may have been looking for Discount Tires down the road, but I’m glad that I found y’all. Currently a new customer and I am Not very happy with the way and choice of words they use after your payment (due on a Saturday) is 2 days late. Not to mention I cannot pay online because my account number is linked to a totally different person 5 states away. I was automatically enrolled in a optional roll pro plan/Program for an extra $5 a week that I cannot use in Oklahoma. As well as I have not received an alignment and am being charged for it.

I had a wonderful experience. Eddie fully educated me about the tire i was purchasing and the about the protection plan and warranty, i paid more than i wanted, but for everything that they offer with the purchase of the full set of new tires, is outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and professional there. They gave me a two hour wait time. I didn't even wait an hour. I'm a new customer for life.
