I love my mom and pop tire shops but I came in this place after poor experiences with mom and pop and got what I needed at the price I was looking for and didn’t even have to haggle. The 50 dollar price point for a used tire was the price offered and I’m here getting my coffee in warmth on a winters day. Lobby was clean, coffee was good, tire was patched but gorgeous. A+ business experience and needless to say I’ll be back here when I need tires again. Danny and Daniel were great! Thank you guys.

LI Tran was awesome I arrived at 5:54 and they close at 6pm and they stayed till almost 8pm!!!! I don't know the lady that was in the office but she made sure everything including my paper work was together for me. Margarita and Carlton started to put tires on while I was still doing my paperwork!!!! I was asked how they all worked together to make sure my tires was on correctly and that I make home safely... Margarita and Carlton wasted no time putting the tires on and Li Tran did the paperwork in no time I had no cash and all three of them waited for me to get my payment together they wasn't mad , upset nor angry!!!! So I just wanted to thank u all for your service and your wonderful customer service I really do appreciate you all and I would recommend anyone who needs tires to go to R&R they are awesome!!!!

Long story short RNR Tires were so nice and worked with me to get 4 wheels & 4 tires. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Very nice and professional, I would recommend them to anyone needing new tires or wheels.

I have been to this facility twice. Both times Daniel helped me, and he has always been eager to insure that I have a good experience. During my last service, I had the pleasure of meeting Carl as well, who was very transparent about my cars needs. This team has never made me feel uncomfortable or dumb, which is so important especially as a woman. Also, their tire prices are fair!

I was extremely impressed with this business. I hit a median, very badly, that caused me to need 4 new tires and rim replacement and alignment. We had never heard of this place, but the husband had already ordered my tires...the old reliable tires we always buy. After the tires were installed, I looked at Groupon and found RNR Tires for an alignment option. Great price on coupon too. I called to make an appointment, and to ask about rims, which I did not know were so expensive. They told me to send pictures and I was talking to Li Tran who said he could buff them for an affordable price. When we went, I was surprised to see such a great variety of tires and rims and the staff was amazingly polite and so customer oriented. The manager was so polite and I met Li who was so a delight and so informative about my rims. We decided to have Li buff the rims and when I got them back a couple days later, I thought I was looking at brand new rims. I was so pleased with the work Li did and who ever did the alignment because car is running so smoothly. I am glad we learned about this tire shop and will be returning as needed. Groupon is a great avenue to help people find out about really good businesses and not so good as well. This time is was great! Thank you to all who helped us so patiently (health issues) and never was rude and very caring when I had to reschedule. Good luck with this business and the staff is amazing.

Let me tell you something best place to go to if you’re definitely in need of a tire fix when it comes to your tires. This is the place you want to go to. They will work with you and they treat you as kindly as humanly possible even seems like they can do, the impossible went in this morning, due to an issue, and having struggles of my own, and these nice people definitely worked with me and I got a chance to work with Li Tran And Let Me Tell You Super Nice Guy And Did An Amazing Job Getting Me Taken Care Of Look Forward To Going Back Go to them I promise you won’t regret it

My experience with RNR tires was amazing. Daniel was nothing but amazing and was super up front with all my options. I originally went in for 4 33in tires for my Jeep and was sent to drop my deposit for my tires to get here by Saturday. However while Daniel was helping me out another gentleman advised us that they had a different brand of tires for half the price and even looked beefy like my old ones. The best part about the process was I was in and out in little over and hour and only had to fill out a simple application (Daniel had already got the other information prior to me coming). I really enjoyed the atmosphere and they even let me know my brakes needed to be replaced and that they can assist with that at a later date. Thanks Daniel and team !!!

The most underrated and unimpressed business. Don't use one time. They will never remove your card. And keep coming up with useless excuses and say what you want to hear. I wish I had a 0 star opinion because that is how I truly feel.

Yesterday i mounted the curb of the parking lot and i shafted the below of my car. I was very anxious knowing all mechanics are closed. I called RNR due to my previous positive experience at their shop. Despite their fully booked schedule, they welcomed me and asked me to bring my car over for a check up. I waited a fair amount of time - knowing i had no appointment - and Leo reassured me that i only needed a readjustment of my car as it was a bit damaged. Other than that i was good to go. He did not charge me labor or inspection. Very clean shop, very comfy coffee area and i couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend this place as their service is impeccable, and their work is perfect. Thank you Leo. Highly recommend!
