I knew as soon as I walked in I was at the right place. Very nice and friendly people. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new set of tires or wheels. They will hook up right up. Rent and Roll helped me as I came in for desperate need of some new rims and tires. When I walk through the door, a very nice guy by the name of Christian was able to help me and explain to me the process of everything. He was very patient with me as we looked through the catalog of what they had to fit on my car. He signed me up, which was an easy process. He informed me about the payment option plan. He was very knowledgeable on the whole process itself. My car looks very nice and they have a loyal customer from now on!

I had to get an alignment done on my 1981 Jeep CJ7. The equipment at the shop I have used in the past does not work for cars that old. They recommended that I call RNR. RNR had the right equipment and an experienced team to complete the alignment! On the first attempt some of the components were seized up. I had to replace a couple of parts and went back, and they got it aligned perfectly at no extra charge! They kept me informed throughout the process. A great team to work with who values the customer experience. I would highly recommend them.

I'm always nervous when it comes to dealing with salesmen but the guy there Brendan wasn't pushy and made the entire deal quick and easy. We found what wheels looked best for my honda and he found me a payment plan that worked for my pay schedule. My credit isn't what it used to be but that didn't matter here. They do it all in house. Thank you Brendan! My car looks great! If only they tinted windows too

Talk about coming in clutch, they had a specific set of rims that i needed and they wasnt even priced and they was able to price them fairly and get me back on the road asap. Shoutout to manangement that helped me and the staff.

The staff here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with the sales staff. I didn't have the money for a full set of brand new tires and their payment option gave me the opportunity to put a little bit of money down on the tires and drive away! They suggested all season tires due to the winter season coming. 10/10

So I’ve been talking to RNR for a week about getting tires. I told them my size and they got them. Well first I was told it was gonna be one price then when I got to the actual place it was another price. The actual tire or wheel rental might only be say $6 per tire but they add on “roadside assistance” and “alignment” that you are paying weekly for and you don’t need an alignment but maybe once a year or every 10k miles. People working there is overall friendly tho. Just beware of what you are getting and know the price they are telling you isn’t the actual price. Most tires will be $50 down as well. Also wasn’t very pleased with the installation of the tires. I used to put on tires for 2 years and they use stuff to make the tires go on easier. Well I used to clean them up after I put them back on the car. Not the case here. The tires were a mess after the installation.

The people here are very friendly! 3 star rating due to an extremely long wait and they left the tire lube all over the tire. I just expected it to look neater for the time we waited. Updating to a 1 due to terrible customer service. They say they’ll call back and don’t, people over the phone have an attitude and aren’t willing to do anything to resolve issues.

This is the second time I have purchased tires. I have always been very pleased from the front counter to the guys in the shop. I have no idea about tires but they were very helpful with educating me. Will continue to buy from these guys.

Use to be the spot until these newbs clocked in. Now… customer service is trash. All they want is your money!!! I have dealt with them for 3 separate purchases and this time they were extremely unorganized and always confused on what free service you are there for. THE SERVICES YOU ADVERTISED WHEN I PURCHASED!!!! Literally every time they ask “really?” like it’s news to them. But if you say anything about money they all ears. I drove 40min for two separate appointments setup with them for me to get there and they tell me they couldn’t do it because they only offer the free services in a certain window. And they set the appointment up. Literally sent a text and all for confirmation. DO NOT ACECEPT any type of payment plan unless you have to. I tried to pay for my tire and wheels straight up. Was coerced to do the plan so I can get the, “$300 services for absolutely free”. I agreed because in the past I know they offer this, but mind you I went through the whole payment commitment back then. This time I paid two payments then paid them off, as I was instructed by the salesmen E***. AFTER THEY ARE PAID IN FULL THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A STEPCHILD WITH A DISABILITY!!!! So I’m suppose to be able to have balance and rotation for free for a year. It’s now 3 months post payoff and everyone is confused on this service. The manager I have dealt with in the past, only one from back in 2016 when I started dealing with them, that knows what’s going on. He even said it in the lobby they offer this for a year, free! If you don’t work with him (manager)don’t trust nothing the rest are saying. On the phone they know it all. In person, 👀❓

I spent over a thousand dollars on new rims and tires & they told me to come back for an alignment. Mike is the name an older white gentleman who seemed very nice & sincere. Came back for the alignment and couldn't get it because I was told the tech wasn't in shop. Was never able to get the alignment which caused sever uneven wear leading to a blow out. Being I'm a good customer I went back to PNR to buy 2 MORE brand new tires in less than 6 months and you would think they made sure I was serviced properly. But not only did they not give me the alignment I had been promised since my 1st purchase, they swore up and down (they being Mike) I was never supposed to get an alignment regardless how much money I spend or how many tires they put on my car or what I was told. And then proceeded to tell me if I pay another hundred dollars I can get the alignment. After I just spent hundreds on new tires I just bought to replace the new tires AND rims I bought from them originally. I will be giving someone else my money for my alignment they will never get another dollar from me and I highly recommend you go else where with yours. They don't treat you like a person or care about anything other than a dollar.

I would like to let everyone know this is a great place to get tires. They are super friendly, very helpful and make the process so smooth. I found out that my tires were split in the front and I made a call to the number on Google and was so excited that I was able to get tires so quickly. Shout out to Brandon for a being super nice person, also the guy I signed paperwork with. Mondays are usually hectic but today was a good day getting my new tires.
