Give a zero if I could. A bunch of money hungry crooks. My husband made more payments than he needed to on the agreement. Once we started to figure it out we called to see the balance, they told us we still owed more than $2,000 on the tires. When we confronted them they had no valid reason as to why. They have the worst customer service and not up front about anything. Charged us over $200 to return the tires… again not mentioned over the phone when we called to let them know we were returning. Never doing business here again and I suggest no one does either unless you don't care about losing money. Biggest joke of a company we have ever dealt with.

I need 4 new tires in a hurry as I am a casemanager and I drive a lot. They got me right in and in less than an hour I had 4 brand new tires. The warranty blew my mind.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every question was answered with a well thought out response and John hooked me up with a set of wheels my tires were unbalanced after the first visit so they got me in after a couple days and did the alignment and balance. Overall a good experience

The worst tire shop to go to call the day before to have them order tires go in the next day they didn't order tires had to wait again going again get them put on have a flat tire the next day have to go back have them fix the tire they just put on financing these tires have bi-weekly payments and getting harassed by them before my payment is even due horrible customer service horrible workers people standing around in the shop not doing anything go somewhere else

Hello, I'm here to tell you that I don't recommend you to make a purchase in this store, I leave you my little story and you'll decide. I made a purchase of tires and rubbers in this store, everything was very good. The next day I had to return because the car was marking a failure in one of my tire sensors (something normal), which they solved well, but when I stopped to look at my tire I noticed that they had scratched it all when doing the job, so I went back to the store and commented on them and the staff who attended me told me that it was a bad job from them to replace it. Time passes and they never called me for a replacement. As a result of the snow I had an accident in which I damaged one of my tires and I decided to go to the store to see if they can replace it to which they answered me yes and so it was, but coincidentally they ordered a tire with a different design to mine, so they told me to leave with that one and that they would call me to put the right one I have been waiting for their call for a month and a year to change the one they damaged, very bad service in this store I would not buy in it again

I need two 35x12.50r20 and I happen to get there at the end of the day and they still got me in. My man Frank got one tire on with ease but the other was a pain but he never quit and even after there long day they stayed until 7:15 to make sure there customers are taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better shop to go to.

I was late on a payment which RnR tire took the initiative to leave my vehicle as is in the 1st picture which not to mention the tires on the vehicle DONT EVEN BELONG TO RNR TIRE so I called SAM the store manager and spoke with him and ended up pay the remaining balance on my account which was 618.00 he proceeded the payment and told me his recovery team would be out in about 10 mins to put my tires back, I didn’t think nothing of it because you know there a tire and rims place they must know how to install tires especially if they are removing them right? INCORRECT THE RECOVERY TEAM OR WHOEVER IT WAS PUT MY TIRES BACK ON WITH NO LUG NUT ON MY FROMT DRIVER SIDE CAUSING MY WHEEL TO FALL OFF WHILE IM DRIVING COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT TIGHTEN ANY OF THE LUG NUTS ON MY VEHICLE NOR WERE THE LUG NUTS THE ORIGINAL LUG NUTS FROM MY INITIAL PURCHASE, they could have killed me, I could have had my son with me they could have killed both of us!! So I would recommend NOT going here you’d be better off going somewhere where they won’t purposely sabotage your vehicle. And make excuses as to why they did it instead of taking accountability for there mess up and be professional about it
