Edit following my initial review: Been making payments to RNR and at one point during my payments a had a nasty fall that kept me out of work due to my knee being busted open and recovering my leg muscles and stitches. I was told to make sure to communicate with them if I ever had an issue with payment and that they would be understanding. They lie. They will continuously blow your phone up asking for payment and when you give them a date that you’ll be able to pay , their only response will be “sorry we can’t wait that long” . Now that being said they don’t give a crap about what’s going on with you they just want their money, which is to be expected from a business , but if you say communicate and all will be well , then proceed to shoot down any sort of arrangement. That makes you a liar. And I’m pretty sure the tires are over priced anyways. Not to mention I agreed to pay $70 payments but somehow I pay $81 payments. But whatever. Take my money right? Oh and also a notable mention, the super sweet text I received while recovering and not able to work stating “I will give you until TODAY to either return or pay for my merchandise, if not you leave me no choice than to turn over your file as THEFT of property. Make your choice and good luck. Thank you.” From the regional accounts director. Super professional “make your choice and good luck” This place is a joke. Anthony called me first thing to let me know what I needed to get my tires replaced. I got up there and the guys were so helpful and so nice!!! 10/10 reccommend

On my last payment making arrangements impossible, very rude collector and threatening, belligerent I've spent much money I won't do business with them anymore. BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE IGNORANCE OF LAWS.

My review was extremely long and I may seem like a Karen for doing this but I think people don’t get to put everything that happens when it’s a bad review.I had to add pictures with what I originally typed hope you can read them but exceeded limit to put on post 😳🙄😞 This was our experience at R N R . I do good or bad reviews when needed for companies that do good or bad work. I also do great reviews for employees that go out of there way for customer service. I don’t have words to say how disappointed I am with the service. Wish I could give a ZERO stars and would have spent about 7,000.00 in total for my visits with them on another company! Sadly we will not recommend this business to anyone ANYMORE. We went and had our vehicles serviced at both locations , LAMAR and BEN WHITE . Today is 12/23/2024 . I hope one day the owners care about customer service. Not sure if it’s true that the owners / manager NICK AND CHRIS really own these locations. But if they do I hope they will read and evaluate the issues they have in their business or maybe sell it to someone that knows how to run a professional business. I honestly think you guys have given up or taken more than you can handle each day . This is your downfall and also not knowing time management. Don’t eat more than you can chew or you will choke. Taking on too many customers for $$$ with the time and employees you have will only cause you problems and bad reviews. I’m just trying to give you good advice if you want to keep having customers come back and refer friends and family. Word of mouth is huge for a business.

It’s often difficult to find a place with quality and reliable service nowadays. RNR is the exception to this trend. They got me set up with new tires in less than a day and their communication was great! I was a bit concerned that I could get my car in with it being towed, but it was handled with ease. These guys are great, I’d recommend them to anyone. Also fairly priced.

This north located had everything, they do it their which it suppose to be. The staff help me a lot and they really help if you're in budget. No credit is required at all! But tires only is $20 down but wheels and tires they need $50 down so you start your low payment

Great customer service, immediately got to business on what I needed, made suggestions, even showed me somethings under my car that need attention. Very helpful gave me my options and had paper work signed and all four wheels put on my car within an hour even with my rare bolt pattern I mean you really can’t beat that. Great place will definitely be a life long customer.

In general all the crew are fantastic, they are kind and answer all your questions, they have a credit plan for you with no credit check which is good if you don’t have the funds to pay highly cost of parts or major repairs.
