The best shop in town. They saved my life after finding out I had a very damaged tire while I was in the area. I drove here right away, and they were so speedy, courteous, friendly, and the best service you could ever have. I had stopped at a different tire shop, and they sya they didn't have time for me and that i should leave the car, but RNR tires MADE the time for me, and they were EXTREMELY helpful! I definitely recommend them.

I've been a customer for a couple years. I had a flat tire that I barely managed to cruise up to the shop with about a half hour before they closed. They got the nail out and patched it up within 20 minutes and sent me on my way with no charge because I got my tires from here originally. Loyalty begets loyalty.

They also very clearly explained why they were making the suggestions that they were, which helped me with understanding what my money was being used for. God truly guided you to do so because it is an AMAZING way to help us Car owners that don’t have a pocket full of $ to drop on our Tires & Underbodies of our vehicles!) This particular store was amazing. The Owner, Nick and his staff Angie and the men in the back went above and beyond their call of duty to listen, converse, & help me solve, my very needed Tire dilemma on my SUV!!!!! I came in just a few minutes before closing, and they didn’t turn me away. Nick listened calmly (as I was hysterically explaining🙃)him listening and being so kind and gentle calmed me down & then his solution not only calmed me down , but it gave me HOPE & PEACE! For only $20 down, no credit check, and a monthly bill, they gave me 4 brand new tires and a huge peace of mind! They have a great program for helping the masses! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE ON BEN WHITE, ASK FOR NICK AND TELL THEM RENEE’ SENT YOU LOL 😉 THANK you for being so awesome Nick!!! DO NOT COME. This is a place of shady practices. I came in asking for a set of new tires for my Mazda CX5 2021. The sales agent gave me several pieces of misleading information/lack thereof when I walked in. He told me 1) I can get a set of tires at tread depths of 12/32nds for $865 2) I can get on payment plan at 0 interest/extra cost or fees. 3) He did not tell me their brand is Nexen N5000(Never heard of this brand, and it’s $109 each at walmart) Not until I asked about it when they’re already installing the tires. For the financing plan, I didn’t know until after I put the downpayment that I am actually responsible for paying $17 dollar EXTRA every two weeks to their “protection plan”, which does NOT apply to my principal. Weird, never mentioned in the beginning, as they told me for JUST the price of the tires I will also get free unlimited alignments and rotations. No big deal, so I just asked to pay the remaining balance off so I don’t have to pay the $17 extra dollars every two weeks. Tires are installed, i came out there to the lot, and measured the tread depth. The depths are 8.5/32nds for all four tires. I asked them how come they’re 8.5/32nds. Two workers there start gaslighting me about how these are “highway tires” so they come with less tread depth but more mileage life. One of the agents came out there with his tire tread depth gauge that shows 8.5/32nds in reading as well, but somehow thinks I don’t know how to read a traditional tire gauge(mine is digital) ? He insists the reading is 9/32nds, but actually it’s between 8 and 9 so 8.5. They left me with no choice but to ask to take off these tires and give me the refund. A whole afternoon wasted. I’m writing up this review in their waiting area right now to expose their shady practices. Oh even better, one of their techs told me I got very little brake life left while I was there at his lift. He told me “it’s time to get these brake pads replaced”. Oh wow, so informative as I just got told earlier today by my mechanic friend that these brakes still got about 20k miles to go. I politely declined of course, but it goes on to show how shady this place is. For reference, they’re selling a set of 225/65R17 Nexen 8.5/32nd inch tread depth tires ($109 each in retail) with claimed 70k mileage life for $865. At discount tires I can get a set of 225/65R17 GOODYEAR Assurance Maxlife tires (Each tire sells for $150 retail) with 11/32nds tread depth at 82k-107k mileage life estimate for $835.69. They’re scamming people who don’t really know what they’re getting. Avoid this place.
