Avoid This Company! I was misled by this company and now regret doing business with them. For example, if you're just one day late on the payment, they will still process your payment but fail to inform you that it doesn't actually go toward the principal balance of your purchase. Instead, your payment goes directly into the company’s pocket, not reducing the total cost of the tires. I only discovered this today. They claim they disclose this in their paperwork, but the terms are written in a very manipulative way—intentionally confusing and hard to understand. I trusted them because I thought they operated the way they used to, but that’s no longer the case. I’m changing my original review from two years ago because this company no longer deserves my praise. Their business model preys on people who can’t afford to buy tires outright. I strongly urge you to think twice before doing business with them. Please learn from my experience and avoid falling into the same trap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. LET THEM GO UNDER WHERE THEY BELONG.

TJ set me up a set of tires for my son's car. He was great to deal with and explained the payment terms. Will do business in the future. Keep up the good work Update 5/2024: Management changes often and the sales tactics are less than desirable. I will be less likely to do business there again.

Zero stars isn’t an option so they get one. Worst customer service I’ve ever had, constantly going back on their word and not being fully transparent with their contracts. I would go to any tire shop over this one so I wouldn’t have to deal with their slimy business tactics again.

I cannot believe this place has a 4.9 Google rating. I bought tires last year on the 0% for 6 months deal and added the tire warranty. They over charged me after 8 mos for over $200 (according to my BANK RECORDS and in assoc with the paper agreement I have). When I went in a month ago to see what was happening with the excess payments, the guy told me we could do a settlement for $50. They already charged me $48 for that week. We called it even. THEN last week I had a pinhole leak in my tire so I tool it up. At that time I was told that the insurance was good and that the fix a flat I had to use would remedy the problem. Not. True. Went in today because the fix wasn't true and had to put the donut on yesterday, only for the NEW (×4 in 6 mos.) employee to tell me the insurance that I paid at the time of the agreement expires once the tires are paid for. Furthermore, I paid another fee at the time of signing, that turned out to make the price of my tires much more. This company is going to keep gouging people until they fold unless this place gets shut down. They tried to charge me $118 for the same new tire to be delivered TOMORROW (no time frame) and said that was just for the tire, not mounting, air or whatever the extra tax would be. I just dropped hundreds over 8 months that was SUPPOSEDLY 0% for that contract if there was no payments missed. I was on auto-pay and after they kept charging my bank account for months and NEVER missed a payment. I went to Cheapies on Milton in Alton. New tire, Mount, Air pressure and installation? $35 flat. Eff you RNR.

They were quick and awesome to talk to. I thought they were gonna put the rims on my car next day and they did it same day. I was so happy the way my car looked after. Way better than it did before😁
