Have been happy client for nearly 3 years! RMS has done oil changes, brake work, shock absorber suspension work, and installed a new drive belt in my older vehicle. Front office honest and friendly. All techs have achieved master status. Easy to set appointment online. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the service I received. I initially went to RMS to have my car checked and find out what was making a weird scratching sound. RMS did a complimentary and thorough assessment of my entire car. They removed the rock lodged in my brake and then after then had to replace a torn CV axel shaft that was found from the assessment. There was a major issue with the car pulling after the replacement. However, the most impressive service from my whole experience was Whitney and the crews’ continued dedication to making sure my car left in better condition than it came in. After some more testing, the issue was found and fixed, at no additional cost to me! They were not like other shops that try to load up costs and do unnecessary maintenance. Whitney and RMS were incredibly dedicated to their work, honest, and the customer service was the best I’ve had in this city. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to RMS for years for all of my vehicle maintenance. I trust the staff to be honest about what services are necessary and how to prioritize them when finances are of concern. The mechanics always take time to explain things fully without being condescending or pushing unnecessary services. I definitely recommend RMS to anyone in the Houston area.

Very good customer service and fair prices are what keep me returning here for auto care. They will do a thorough checkup of your car, and send you a detailed report prioritizing what needs to done urgently, down to items that will need maintenance later on. You have the option of authorizing or declining any of the work. They will make suggestions but won’t push you if you can’t currently spend the money. All very friendly and helpful staff!

This place is the best Auto Shop i have ever been too. I am happy and blessed a friend recommended me here. They had my Camaro and did suck a great job replacing my transmition, they always kept me up to date on how the job was going. I will definetly be coming here for any future repairs.

UPDATE: I'm so happy and relieved to report that the RMS people and experiences I've come to know came shining through! After discussing my last visit with management, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The wiper/spray motor, washer fluid reservoir, and a light were all fixed and/or replaced. Thank you RMS Team! happy holidays, everyone - ********************* My last experience here was so disappointing. Things have changed at this business, I'm sad to say. I took my car in for a maintenance oil change & check-up only, but asked if they could look just at my windshield sprayer, as the tubes have loosened/disconnected a few times, and have always been an easy fix. The sprayer motor WAS working, water WAS coming out of the sprayer holes, just not spraying up onto the windshield. Went to pick up the car with oil change done, but was told that I would need to replace the windshield sprayer motor, because it wasn't working at all. This was Not true. They also "topped off" the wiper fluid with their blue version in the reservoir, but by the time I drove home, the reservoir was empty. The reservoir had water in it, and was almost full when I dropped the car off, has always held water, never leaked. While there, I declined to have the motor replaced and explained that all was working when I brought the car in; I only asked that they check the tubes to reconnect. I was told I could speak to a manager, but then turned out they were busy. So I left. I called back a day later, spoke to a gentleman that listened to the situation, then basically told me that sometimes things break when they check them. He told me it was like changing a lightbulb, "sometimes the jiggling breaks the bulb." That's fine and I could understand - but I also believe that if a customer takes their car there in better condition than it is when picked up, that's a pretty significant problem. And no offer to rectify anything??? Also noted: after I looked more closely, the passenger side headlight cover had been changed out for some reason. It's a completely different, much older, yellowed and foggy, headlight/plastic cover that doesn't work as well, so the headlights shine at very different light levels. Also noted: the entire compartment in front of the front passenger-side wheel has been opened and put back together - sloppily. There is now a plastic portion hanging out of the wheel well. And guess what is right above that wheel well, behind that headlight? You got it - the windshield wiper sprayer motor... which has NOT worked since I picked up my car from RMS. It's as if it's been disconnected. No water movement on the windshield, no motor running, at all. And, let's not forget to mention that the reservoir now won't hold any water or fluid either. I can't believe this is their low bar for service? I want all of these things repaired, replaced or FIXED!!! I at least expect to get my car back in the same condition as it was when I left it there. If I'm being targeted to recoup expenses from a previous re-fix on RMS's dime, that's not right either. I'm only a customer taking my auto in for repair, in good faith. Not my fault if some things need re-addressing. Bad business, RMS. Very disappointed that this is the kind of service being provided now. No thank you.

Fair, professional, friendly, prompt, quality work. They go above and beyond in service at no extra charge...never any pressure. They have come to my house at no charge to start my car, save me a tow, and offered me a ride home when it needed to be left at their shop. PWL

Had a great experience with this shop. Most importantly, I was very comfortable thanks to Bobbie for her ease of explaining everything, with no pressure, step by step. This shop provided videos of damaged parts before you agree to service and getting it done with professionalism. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable lowering the stress of dealing with car issues.

I took my Audi Q7 TDI into the shop because of a fuel issue they told me that it was going to cause me approximately $3,000 because the fuel pump and a computer that controls the fuel was bad they say it they said that the fuel pump and computer was approximately $1,000 and the labor would be $2,000 I could not believe that replacing the fuel pump and the computer labor would be so expensive they charged me almost$400 for diagnostics.so I went and got my vehicle and took it to another shop the shop that I took it to only charged me $520 and told me that the only problem was a bad ground they did not have to replace any parts. So my advice to you all is to go and get you a second opinion before you give them to go ahead to work on your car. Signed unsatisfied customer

I would recommend everyone who is experiencing car difficulties or needs any help figuring out what is going on with their car to take it to RMS! They have the BEST customer service and are so knowledgeable and helpful. Azim is amazing and works so well with his customers. 10/10 recommendation. I had a very awful mechanical issue with my Jetta and RMS made it so easy and helpful to navigate, the team is excellent!!
