I will never go back or refer anyone to this place. I spent 2600 on repairs and my alignment is so trashed it still pulls to the right and still make a weird noise. They told me it was my muffler making that noise which was the stupidest excuse ever. My muffler is fine. They fixed a bunch of random things. They basically stole money from me bc they did an alignment for no reason. I guess my muffler makes my car pull to the right huh. What a bunch of idiots. They need to go back to mechanic school.

I had to have my car towed here a couple of weeks ago because it wouldn't start. I cleaned the connections on the battery and I thought that did the trick, but the next day it wouldn't start again. I was afraid it was going to be a costly repair of bad wiring or a bad starter, or both... But they took things apart, clean them up real good and put a new battery terminal on it, and my car starts up just fine now. They were good about communicating with me and I really appreciate that. A lot of places are not. Will definitely bring my car back here again should the situation arise. Thank you guys.

My car was leaking oil very badly and I was very upset because I had a surgical appointment on Monday this was on a Friday I took it into RK automotive and they looked at it and but didn't really have time to do a diagnostics then and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it until the following week but later that day they got a cancellation, called me in they figured out what was wrong they went out of their way to find me a part that would be less expensive and they were able to fix it that day they were so kind and helpful Carlos was the mechanic and Josh the receptionist they both went out of their way to be helpful and I was extremely happy with the repairs my car has been working super well ever since I managed to get to my appointment on time the following Monday and I was extremely happy with everything they did especially the fact that they went out of their way they're trustworthy and honest and willing to do whatever they can for you I was very happy with everything and I think you will be too

These guys are great, I had to have two vehicles towed to them in the last week; a 90's Dodge van for a diagnostic and the other 2007 Honda Civic full clutch repair. They were prompt in both the repair and diagnostic, and fair in pricing and transparent on what they were repairing and how much it would cost. Thanks guys, you're great!

Great job. Fit my truck in on short notice. Finished repairs ahead of schedule and under the estimated cost Calvin was very helpful from start to finish. Communicated consistently and was up front with all pricing Also worked with my warranty company to get things covered.

I've gone here multiple times in the past, but this most recent visit was a complete let down. I made an appointment to have my A/C compressor replaced, the gentleman asked me all the basic questions: Year, Make, Model, VIN... after capturing all the details he gives me a quote. I accept the quote and drop off my car early because I had time, when they pull my car into the bay 5-10 mins later one of the technicians comes to me and says we have a problem. I'm thinking that they ordered the wrong part which I can deal with, but no the problem that we had was that my car needs the R1234YF refrigerant instead of the R134A and they are not equipped for the new refrigerant. The technician then had the audacity to say "We should've asked you the year of the car..."

If I could give 10 stars I would! All the guys at RK Automotive were AMAZING. They put a new transmission in my Kia. Got my warranty approved super quick and had my car ready for me in a week! I highly recommend this shop to everyone! Thanks again for the awesome job. Car runs GREAT!!!

These guys are awesome! They really helped me out with overheating issues on my truck. Turned out to be a lot more going on than I initially thought, but they were determined and found every issue and got it repaired. Running great now. Thanks guys!
