I am a public storage customer, which is the next business, the street is under construction, an employee of this workshop came out very angry because I was looking for the easiest way to enter my storage, Justin, a Firestone employee, came out very aggressive wanting to fight with me because a cone collapses to block the entrance to the storage, I have a large vehicle (Justin is not a traffic agent) I can move the cones as a store customer, bad experience does not bother your business at all, how can I take my vehicle to your workshop if you do not know how to treat even your neighbors, bad experience and I live on a block

Came in with a flat and they were very welcoming and got it fixed quick. They knew we were out of town and wanted us to get on the road as soon as possible. Very hospitable, and very, very nice. If we get a flat in Houston again, I will be sure to go back!

Fantastic! Came here for the 1st time and received a warm welcoming. Staff is immediately helpful and continously check if you need anything while waiting for your service repair. Horrible! Unprofessional and judgmental workers who berate the customer for what there wearing! Was there for service and walking to the office one of the workers shouted “look at this guy, he’s still wearing a mask” so I said yes I am! As i have autoimmune disease and can’t handle the slightest illness. Once in the office the worker came in the office and shook his head “no” and the desk clerk as to say he didn’t want to do anything for my vehicle. The clerk walked out and immediately returned to the office and claimed that they can not complete the inspection as for “my tint was to dark” even though it was the windows were done by a dealer. So unless you want to be judged and harassed for your own personal illness and what you choose to wear. DO NOT GO HERE! There is a better place down the road. And even better Firestone location a few miles. Were guess what. My inspection passed with the professionalism you’d expect form a business…

Quality and Integrity are just two (of many) positive reasons I recommend River Oaks Firestone! They are always there for me when I need them….Providing excellent service at extremely fair prices (if a minor repair occasionally for free, the owner just asks me to tip the guy who did the work!) I will never take my car to another shop! These guys are like having a big brother in the business. I’m so grateful to have a place to take my car to that I can always trust…Thank you guys!!!

They have recently done work on my husband's car and mine. We are both very happy with the service we have received. Especially as a woman, I get often frustrated with the way mechanic stores don't explain things to me so well, but in this location they are incredibly helpful, thorough, and they even taught me a few things. I can't recommend them enough! My car looked new and felt better than it did in a long time. We will not be going anywhere else.

This Firestone location gave me theee best service I’ve received in a very long time. I called this location after receiving a very high quote on an A/C repair. Eddie called me back to confirm my appointment and assured me they would inspect my A/C unit free of charge. Needless to say, my A/C was repaired at a significantly cheaper quote than what Pep boys had quoted. Additionally, Robert took me into the shop to show me the parts that were replaced and explained to me what happened. My A/C seems to be working just fine in this 104 degree weather. And on top of that, they washed my car and picked me up from my place to get my car. Even my dealership doesn’t do all that. Eddie and Robert, thank you for the great customer service experience.

Took my car in to have front fender fixed. I have a high insurance deductible, and the permanent repair would have cost slightly more than my deductible . They offered me a temporary fix in the interim, for a very reasonable price. And did a fantastic job! Eddie and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service is outstanding! They even dropped me off and picked me up from work. Will be coming here for all my repair needs. Thank you.

Had all kinds of work done here and it's always done correctly and promptly. For example, I scratched the back door of my new Mertz with the garage door opener and Eddie repainted and replaced the badging so you can't tell it ever happened. Another time they fixed up a friend's somewhat neglected Accord and noticed the brake fluid was shall we day past the expiration date. They replaced and probably kept him from driving into a telephone pole. Before the last cold spell I had them test my battery which they did for no charge.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate these guys! I'm not sure I would get the same type of service if my own family owned and operated this business. They are really honest and super reliable. Their communication is above and beyond, 100% of the time. I've taken our cars to ROF for a variety of reasons... everything from inspections, oil changes, tire issues, little dents, etc. My mother recently had an issue with her Tesla X (which Tesla refused to help with) which left her stranded near my house, on San Felipe. I picked up the phone, called Robert and it got handled! They had a wrecker out in the matter of a few minutes, and had my squared away within a few days. They make it personal.
