Referred to this shop by a friend and glad I went here. The other place i went to wanted to replace my transmission for $4500 plus. My transmission on my 2010 F150 Platinum 4x4 started slipping and could feel it getting worse. I took it to Rios and Hector helped me out. They lifted it and checked a few things. They then called me over to show me a few things and what could be the problem. I told them to go ahead and fix it. I got the truck back in 1 day and the transmission was repairable. Cost me $470 and now truck is back to normal. Thanks Hector for being an honest man and running a honest shop. Will be back for more work when needed. Now going to post aboit the other shop that tried to screw me over.

$1600 repair with 30 day warranty. The owner was trying to be insulting when I said $1600 is a lot for repairs, then for you to be dodging our phone calls for two weeks, because the engine light was still on. He said $1600 not a lot of money it might be a lot for you. Plus I was denied a request for an extra invoice. All this from the owner himself “HECTOR” Stay away from places like this. To top it off been a loyal customer for over 10 years. UPDATE: Rios has done recent work on my vehicle following that last visit, I have been pleased with the results, so I’ll change the one star to a 4.

This shop does quality yet affordable work. They treated me with respect and patience during my car repairs. We all know car repairs can be scary but they kept me informed and educated during the process. Thanks a bunch for getting me rolling.

Inspections are available Monday to Friday at 8:00 am to 12:00pm reopen from 3:00pm to 5:30pm (inspections is closed from 12:00pm to 3:00) On Saturday inspections are open from 8:00am to 1:00pm

I’ve taken my car to Hector twice, and just brought my moms car here yesterday. He does honest work, never tries to sell me things I don’t need. I’m so happy to finally find a mechanic I can trust.

Recently, I visited this facility. I entered the office, & was immediately told by the Owner "you can't come in here " with a weapon. We don't wear uniforms, Special Agent, Military Intelligence. The Owner was very disrespectful in his approach. I would not recommend this business.I never informed this idiot, that I was law enforcement.Patronize this Facility at your risk! They do a poor job and have bad customer service. I had to take my ride to another shop to fix their mistakes. They also charge too much. When i got home, I saw they scratched my car, dented it, and left stains. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! No traigas tu carro aqui! estafadores!!!

We came to this mechanic shop for a minor problem during a trip. Hector and his crew were very quick at solving the issue, even if it required some special supplies, and charged us a reasonable amount

Went in and they fixed my window not being able to go down, replaced the window motor and left it running well, pretty fair price and good work done , will deffinetly go back for other needs
