Took my 2007 Toyota Tundra to have wheels and tires put on it They took off 275/65 18s put on to 285/65 /18s I have an aftermarket warranty on my truck and my transfer case went out and the inspector declined my claim because of the bigger size tire and their excuse was that I did not tell them to put on the correct size tire freaking idiots do not go there!!!! I'm in the middle of trying to sue them and they're not wanting to do anything for me!!

Do not come here. Stores like discount tire are way better. Service here sucks. Very rude. No refunds on down payments. Shop is very dirty and not taken care of. I watched employees just sit down on tires and look at their phones while there was work to do.

First pair of rims was good no problem real good customer service this second pair bad I had to buy tires they supposed to covered road hazards man they gave me hell and I have been dealing with this people for three yearsI have spend a lot of money my heart hurt for spending Thousands of dollars with this people and now you have to pay some money if something go wrong with the tires are rims I have six more payments and I’m done find me a rim shop that covers the rims and tires that I’m renting to own are go somewhere else but not in Jacksonville want you to pay for everything are it depends who you deal with in the store and they say the old insurance they had drop so I look at the text they send everybody it’s start July the first and this is June the 18 And they still made me pay for the tire I’m renting to own a another worker at the store say if it’s a road hazard and you still paying for it will be replaced for free so the manager lied to me to my face are I’m not white but God bless yall

They Custom drilled my 22" wheels to fit my 2002 F150 Boss when no one else could help. Old wheels had adapters.
