Tyrone took great care of my GLE 63s. I was referred by a current customer and trust me when I say he is 100% dedicated to making sure you understand the problem, process, and he will explain everything and give you the best deal. He cut my dealership repair cost in half and gave me an additional discounts. It’s unbelievable that I was paying unnecessary fees at the dealership just to have the same problem reoccurring within days. Customer service is top notch from the expert the moment you walk in the door. Her personality is welcoming and the entire team made me feel like family.

Bought a Ram 3500 from these folks 4 months ago. Very pleased with the transaction process and their treatment after purchase. Since then I have towed with the truck across the country and haven’t had issues even with it being a salvage title! Good folks here!

I want to give a big shout out to Tyrone! My daughter and I had a flat tire in Lexington...after sitting for a bit waiting for help, Tyrone was the only Good Samaritan that came over and asked if we needed help. He changed my tire and was so kind and helpful! He will never know how much it meant to us to have his help! Thank you Tyrone!! I would highly recommend his business!!!

I took my car to BMW of Columbia on Killian Rd and had the worst experience & customer service ever! I took it in because the Drive Train light came on. They kept my car for 45 days and when I picked it up the light was still on. I brought my car to Rieslee Auto after hearing great things about them and they had my issue fixed in 2 days at a fraction of the cost. Tyrone went above and beyond with tapping off my fluids, checking my tire pressure, and other small things to ensure my car was in great running condition. I am so happy I finally found a trustworthy, professional, reliable, affordable place I can take my car for service and I’m not taking it ANYWHERE ELSE!

Mr. Pinckney was very professional and made me very comfortable leaving my 1995 Ford F-350 in his care. He contacted me the day after I dropped it off with the problem already identified.
