Was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. Honest, reliable and respectful. Given a run down of all work that needs to be done and cost. I know if I had gone other places they would have taken advantage of an easy fix but these guys didn't and that's worth a lot more than the savings.

These guys are the best. I ran into some trouble looking for other “good” mechanics but I’ve never had any issue with them for the last year or so. I have 3 cars and bring my friends cars here too

Working as a professional painter, I guaranteed my work and services. If a customer tells me that there is something I missed or a room needs another coat of paint, I go back to the job site unconditionally with no extra charge to my client. I recently found out that s not the case with Ridge Motors. After spending $700 on a NEW AC compressor a year and half ago at Ridge, my AC unit was broken again. I must of used it all of 5 times since the last repair. Anyway, I took it back in to Marc. He told me it would be another $700 to put in a new AC compressor. Call me madcap but to me there is something wrong with this picture. A new auto AC compressor is supposed to last 8 - 10 years. After years of loyal patronage 'll never go back again.

I have kissed a lot of frogs! This is the real deal. I was looking for someone who would not see a woman coming and feel as if it is open season to rip me off. He is thorough and tries to save me money. He will advise of work that needs to be done immediately and what can wait. I found my new auto home. Polite, efficient and professional.

Mark is a people person. Took me in rite away. He knows how to run his shop. So i was not waiting he order all the parts rite away just from what i was telling him. Everyone had masks on and no customers were not allowed in with out one. Very safe

Owner was super friendly and really easy to deal with. Drove up, asked for a NYS inspection, he asked what year the car was (2013) and said: 20 minutes. Sure enough, it was ready in 20, and there is a nice bakery/coffee shop a block away where you can wait it out. He told me to take a look again at my rear brakes in 3-4 pos as they were showing a bit of wear, but all else was good, and I got my sticker. All in all: easy-peasey. And nice. Plus, they were busy!
