Great hole in the wall place. It's not much too look at. Don't be turned off. They do good work for a fair price. I got a new used truck with loud flowmaster mufflers. I wanted it toned down. I drove there on a whim for an esrimate. Instead they did the work for a more than fair price and I was on the road in an hour. Hard workers and nice little shop for tires and exhaust.

Paid $240 for four used tires and they gave me one with a leak. What a waste of time and money. Don’t trust these guys

They dented my trucks roof, and the fix actually placed my exhaust pipe against my shocks. Burnt through both of them. I saw them turn away multiple people who wanted them to fix the problems they caused. Stay away...

I’m a guy that likes to do my own work for the first time I wanted to shop around for a quote to get my can am muffler delete I ask for a price range how much could it cost I didn’t ask for an exact estimate since I work in construction and give estimates all the time and they can not be exact all the time but from this experience I prefer to do it my self! Guy STARTED YELLING THAT HE DOESNT DO ESTIMATES THROUGH THE PHONE AND THAT IM WASTING HIS TIME! How disrespectful person how can they even get business from people there!

This is the second car I’ve brought in to have exhaust work. First car was my mustang convertible $100 to weld my exhaust pipe back to the exhaust manifold. Second car decided to straight pipe it. $160. They are quick, thorough, and easy to communicate with. I’m from Texas and both cars had made the 2100 mile drive, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Do not take your vehicle here. Went in for a resonator delete, immediately upon arrival I saw they had no customers.. eventually realized why. They got my car up on the lift, mind you my car is extremely low and they didn’t put any wood between my tires and the ramps on the lift to get it up without damaging it. Ended up cracking my rear bumper and the bottom of my front bumper, not to forget scraping the entire undercarriage, denting my exhaust tips, and getting my car stuck twice. They get it up on the lift and they lift it up less than an inch under the ceiling in which I had to tell the guy that it was enough, he almost crushed my car. They lift it up and it took 5 guys to come up with a plan on how they are gonna take my less than 1 feet long resonators off?? Guy eventually told me it was going to be $240 which I had just been at a different muffler shop (Jesus mufflers) that said it’ll cost $120, I knew there work was great as well because my buddies had recommended me there, only reason I didn’t go with them was because they didn’t have any availability’s that day. Back to riders auto, asked the guy if he could price match since they already had my car on the lift, and he says he can do it for $200. Told him the shop had just quoted me $120, with TRUSTED WORK. Guy immediately starts yelling at me “OK TAKE IT TO TACOMA IF ITS $100 CHEAPER”.. what a way to speak to customers. Told him I most definitely would be taking my business elsewhere.. as the other guys are taking my car off the lift he gets all nice and says $180.. again $60 more than a trusted shop. Told him no, gets back to his attitude and disrespect. Went in for a resonator delete, left with $1k in damages on my car. Please, please, PLEASE take your business elsewhere.

I called to get a quote and got a really rude response from them. I understand estimates are estimates and you can't provide the exact amount until the car is seen but my gosh, aren't you guys the expert? Cant I describe to you what needs to be done? Aren't you guys the expert of your trade that you can easily whip up a rough estimate? Why the attitude telling me to put myself in their shoes and that I'm wasting time for calling for a quote. Wow. Here's another thought, not everyone has the time to drive to every shop to get a quote. That's the whole idea of shopping around to be able to get a general quote to make a better decision. If you don't even have the patience to listen to your customers, why would people want to do business with you? A short 15 seconds conversation, enough to make me wanna write this review. Customer experience matters.

Be aware!! they are THIEFS. I took my car for repair, they fixed the noise coming out of my car but also steal the part. Now my car has other issues. When i took it back, he denied and stated nothing wrong with my car. I took it to other auto repair, they told me what thay have done. Do not trust these people and save your money.

Fast and friendly service. Good prices, Got my car in right away for a break pad switch out. Gave me a chair to sit in AND gave my son a Gatorade while he was hungry and throwing a tantrum. Plus they have a shop dog! What more could you want five stars all around. Definitely recommend, will absolutely go back.

Please listen up. On January 10,2024 I went to Riders Auto Repair and Tire located at 24453 Pacific Hwy S. in Kent cause my truck needed some work. The owner informed me he needed $300.00 down to order the part. So I went to pay him, he asked if I could pay with cash so I went to the teller and pulled $300.00 that was on a Wednesday. I waited till Friday and called asked if he had ordered the part. He informed me he did. Monday was a hoilday so on the 17th 7 days later I returned to the shop to inquire about the part. He begin to get rude and ask me if I had a husband. I asked what does that have to do with the business we are conducting he said he refused to speak to me and when my part comes he will call me. I kept my cool and I just left. Friday comes the 19th I call and ask if my part had arrived he said. Come Saturday morning at 9am I was there at 8:50am he come to my truck and tells me my part is in Pasco Wa. And when it comes he will call me. At that point I said no I don't want to do business and to please just give me my money back. He said he was not giving me anything back. I said that's where wrong I called a man to come up there so he could see he was not about to run over me and take from on 1/22/23 I went back today my part still not there he gave me back my 300.00 I do not recommend this place to no one. He was rude disrespectful and feels he can talk to women any kind of way

This tire company put on new tires and three days later two lugs broke on left front tire. Took car else where and it cost. These individuals have saftey issues and I would not refer friend nor neighbors to this company. A RIP OFF
