He's had our truck since last year and fixed it and the next day it wouldn't run. He towed it back to the shop and now we can't get anyone to answer the phone.

Crooks had vehicle there to get fixed they decided they weren't going to repair said there. We're alot of things wrong with that turned out false think they we're trying to keep vehicle hoping we would just leave it there

My 1987 Chevy Suburban has been sitting there waiting for warranty work since Sept 14, 2018. Today is Sept 1, 2022. The excuses for not fixing it have been endless.

By far the worst mechanic shop everCost $1,350 to get your transmission rebuilt was supposed to have warranty that was a lie it sat up there 5 weeks the first timing a week later had to pay to have it towed back sat 7 weeks they didn't even touch it then to top it off my tag was stolen and they wouldn't check the cameras

Seriously the worst experience of my life. I never leave negative reviews. I try to only review something if it's positive. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was a bad day or rough week for them. But after now 2 months of this and having read all the reviews saying the SAME thing...safe to say this is just not a reputable business. I hate saying it. But i think this guy needs to shut down. Had our car for a month, never would call us with an update or anything. Had to call multiple times, never could talk to Rick, only a guy who never knew what was going on. He did work we did not ask him to do. Charged us all this money, finally get our car back and less than 2 weeks later the car has the same issue we took it there for in the first place. Trying to find out if there is some kind of legal action that can be taken. Oh and did I mention that I saw one of his guys spray painting something under a car while I was there? I don't know much about cars, but I don't think it's normal practice to spray paint something underneath a car...he has had our car this time around for 2 weeks. Still can't get an answer from him on what is going on. They just ignore your calls or don't answer your questions. The ONLY reason I am reviewing this is to hopefully save someone else from wasting money and being without a car for months on end. This is literally screwing with people's lives. We have jobs, families, and don't just have disposable incomes. This business takes advantage of people and has the worst customer service. Please do your self a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

Dropped vehicle off in January and now it is March 26th and still getting the run around. He decided to perform work that is outside of the agreement and our price we agreed to is no longer valid. Can't get an answer on the phone and he won't return my calls. I have told them to stop all work and I will come pick it up. I will not use this shop anymore.

Dont let them hold your vehicle with a signed work order you may get taken to the cleaners and have to take a small loan from the bank to get your brakes done

Would not use this guy. He does not stand behind his work. Puts used parts NOT NEW when rebuilding. Paid $1885.00 for him to rebuild .still under warranty and won't honor his work. Can't get him to answer phone calls since transmission went out.DO NOT USEHIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give negative stars! It all started about a year ago when I had Rick rebuild my transmission in my pickup. Took about a week. All seemed fine. Made it 4,000 miles and it quit working again. Took it in and he had it fixed the next day. When I would ask what was wrong or what he did he would avoid the question. 5,000 miles after that it stopped again. Called and they said to just bring it by and they would get on it. It set there with all my tools in it for 2 weeks and they hadn't even touched it. Started calling 3-5 times a day to push them along. Everytime Jeff would answer the phone, old fart that doesn't know anything but how to make excuses why rick can't come to the phone, then he would say he would let Rick know and have him call me back. Out of the 30 or so times he said that, they never once called me back. He would always say he was out test driving a vehicle, but then sometimes you could hear Rick in the background talking to someone else. They gave me 3 deadlines that they would have it done by and never made one of them. At 2 weeks in, I called and told them I was coming to get it and I wanted a refund, they called back 30 minutes later to let me know it was getting the trans pulled right then. They did that just so I couldn't come get it. I drove up on a Saturday to find they had pulled the trans and drug the pickup back out of the shop to work on other stuff. Finally after not being able to talk to Rick, I just drove the 45 minutes out of my way on a Monday morning to confront him. I had told them multiple times how much I needed my pickup but that didn't seem to matter. When I was there and talked to him he acted like he didn't realize how bad I needed it and that he would have it done by noon on Tuesday. Noon came and went and it wasn't even on the lift. I asked him if it was normal to keep customers vehicles for a month, and he said," yup, I've had some of these cars here for 7 years". He thinks everyone has multiple vehicles and it's no big deal to drive something else. Even though they had the trans pulled for 2 weeks he hadn't even rebuilt it yet. So he started that on Wednesday, they called to say it was done at 5:30 on Thursday. I don't expect this trans to last long, cause I think he is just replacing the bad parts and not doing a full rebuild. Even if it doesn't last 50 miles, I'll never take anything back to him ever again and no one else should! As long as you owe him money he might get to you sooner, but if it's warranty work, he will just keep putting you off. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
