Great place. Fast and reasonable. Was in and out with a quick nail repair in a fraction of the time I’ve waited at other places.

My luck so far has been that I always get a nail on the sidewall of my tires. As you may know that cannot be fixed. It has happened to almost brand new tires of mine and old as well. This time around I had it in the main section and I took it to Wheel Works because I had to also get a rotation and balancing done. They gave me a whole spiel about how it cannot be fixed because the tires are already 4 years old and the tread is lighter and that it would be best to replace the tire. And since that tire was put on my car with the other tire on the other side, I should replace both for a total, after discount, cost of ~$650. I tried to press them about this and they kept insisting that it doesn't make sense to fix it. I couldn't believe it! Yes, the tires are not brand new but they had plenty of tread left in that I wouldn't change them if one of them didn't have a nail. And this time luck was on my side. I contacted and then drove to Rich. They gave me an option for a quick patch or a deep patch ($30). I chose the latter. And they fixed it in 20 minutes while I was on my conference call. Due to another incident my fuel cover had come off and I asked the guy if he had glue and he affixed the cover as well. The bill came and there was no tip or other extra charges. It was a simple $30 charge. I signed the receipt and also gave the 2 gentlemen that did the job a good tip and I still came out hundreds of dollars ahead, AND in 20 minutes flat. I HIGHLY recommend such places that we must continue to provide patronage to so that getting a simple nail fix does not become as excruciating as getting teeth pulled in our country.

Came here earlier today since my car was making a funny whirring noise. We had no idea what it was and called ahead to see if they could take a look. They said they could see us right away and helped us as soon as we pulled in. What we thought was a flat tire was a completely different issue that was so minor they did it for free. The service was astounding and everyone was super helpful and friendly. 100% recommend!! I will definitely be back

I had a flat tire and I felt so bad but Rich’s Tires took me right away! What a stress reliever. I love this company because they practice integrity and great business ethics.
