I really trust them! I’ve taken my car a couple times and they do an amazing job and I am always happy. They just fixed my air conditioning and put on new brakes. I don’t go anywhere else.

My alternator broke while I was visiting St Louis. I only had a day or so to get it fixed and be back on the road. Rich’s looked at every warehouse he worked with plus another to find my part and for the best price as it was an expensive and particular one. He then got me in the next day and had it all done by 11:30am. It was less than 24 hrs before I was up and running. Their pricing was super fair and they kept their word on the quote as well even though in the end it could have been a little higher. Highly recommend!!

Everytime i've taken my vehicle to them they've always given me great service. My car would be fixed and i never had to take it back with a complaint. And it doesn't hurt that they are honest and nice.

Found serious problems with the suspension in my Ford F-150 during a state safety inspection without any intention or expectation of making money off of the issues they found, but instead pointed me toward taking it back to the shop that made shoddy repairs. I've dealt with them over the years and they have always been 100% honest and very reasonable in terms of cost. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that will care about your car and care about you rather than a dealership or a chain just trying to suck every cent they can out of you to pay their astronomical overhead and advertising. If you live in the Gravois Park area these are the folks you can rely on.

I needed a repair for a 2006 Saab which are notoriously annoying to repair. They let me know that it's very difficult to find parts for the Saab but that they will find a workaround. They are really pleasant to work with and are just a straight and honest bunch. The repairs ended up costing half of what they initially quoted, they could have charged me what they initially quoted but didn't. I also had the vehicle go through safety and emissions inspections, it failed the emissions inspection initially but they gave advice on how to get it to pass and offered a free re-inspection which it then passed.

Rich is a nice guy. Expect them to tell the truth about what's wrong with your car. Don't expect them to return any of your calls. Don't them to fix the car in a timely matter. They are always busy.

This place is very very expensive..the auto parts they order for your vehicle is super expensive and labor is nearly double than other car shops
