(The last Straw) I been a regular customer @ Richmond A/T and over the years and started to see a Decay in the quility of work . I brought my car into relpace hoses & belts ($700+two days) only to have it returned w/less parts than when I pick it up . I understand the rising $ but very low quility in return. The Owner said it came that way and not his problem if it w/ tires I would have gone in w/4 out w/3, he more concern in getting them in & out ( your $ in w/ no cents out) lack of Honesty & integrity. There are some good Shops here in Richmond that will earn your business (The last Straw that broke the Camel's Back )

Called before I went spoke with William, and he answered all my questions. Once I arrived there was very little wait time. I was there for the AAA inspection, which took about 15 minutes. They gave sound advice regarding future needed work and a quote.🤔 Answered a few more questions and concerns, and I was in my way.

I was referred to this guy, William. After he checked my car, he told me The total ( parts and labor).when I asked him what country of origin this part is made of he is getting it for me? he said: " I don't get around with this question!, and you should trust me".in fact,he repeated twice instead of simply finding out about it,and then he brought my car upfront and gave me the keys! When asked what's this about? he said :"because you didn't trust me, and you should!" What a customer service! And I'm thinking what has the trust do with my question?! Trust on your customer service! or on no jobs done yet?!
