Hit a curb and my steering wheel was stuck sideways, took it to them and they diagnosed and fixed it within 30 minutes (alignment) very fair price and very friendly staff, would recommend!

Had an appointment at 9:30 am to get my car fixed, didn’t hear anything from them until about 4:30 pm and they didn’t even fix my car, they just “looked at it” and charged me $150 to keep my car for 7 hours and not do anything to fix it, when I asked why they didn’t do anything to fix my car what the point was to keep it for 7 hours the dude who was working there was extremely rude. do not recommend this business at all, this isn’t even the first time I’ve had issues with this place but it will be the last. I’m not going back.

This place is amazing. It was my first time there. Everyone is so friendly. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! When I drove out of the parking lot I felt very confident that my car will always be in good hands. Thanks Jane,Paul and the entire staff! Highly recommend.

For a number of years I had taken my car and my parents cars to be repaired at Richlen and sons. Last year I had put a new AC compressor. It didn't last even a year before the AC system started having issues. I ended up going elsewhere and other mechanics inspected told me it was poorly done. Not going back if i'm getting charged more for labor and parts and quality of work has slipped.

Always great prices, only place I go for alignments now. They take care of you and treat you like family. My dad has been coming here since before I was born and the service hasn't changed one bit. Best place to go for an alignment! One of the only places I will let touch our 4runners in the milwaukee area. Had some axle seals and rear bearings done here and they did an excellent job. Love this place!

I brought tires for them to put on and asked them to check a low tire pressure light. Tires got put on and they said $90 to replace a tire sensor to shut off the light which I ok'd. Got 3 miles down the road and light for low pressure came back on. I drove it back and they couldn't figure out why. Asked me to come back Monday. I said I use the car for work and get off at different times so they said just to call before I come. Long story short when I called to bring it back in on Monday and on Tuesday, both times they said they were too busy. Way to stand by their work. I'll take it to a dealer next time where they know what they are doing and should get good service.

I was there in April had the nicest person ever.just went back tonight very worst experience .unprofessional all around, from father to son just awful never did I anticipate the treatment that I received when I pulled up.i was floored when all that I needed was a bit of understanding;the chauvinistic father was too busy posturing right out of the gate to even hear me out. I just don't understand...we're all human dude,think about it. 😔

I've been bringing my vehicles to this garage for many years and I'm always impressed with the quality of service and honest pricing. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics but these folks are trustworthy and talented. I'll be continuing to take my vehicles here for the foreseeable future.
