I originally took my car to Richlen because it was blocks from my house and had good reviews. They have been great every time! They give detailed explanations of the work needed, and are honest about what is not needed. Even after moving so it's not convenient anymore, I will continue taking my car here.

Dave Richlen and his team went above and beyond to fix a malfunction in my 2020 JEEP that the dealer was unable to figure out for over 3 years. His service was affordable, he was communicative, and the problem is fixed. Not much more you can ask for. Old school service and price in providing a quality service experience for his customers!

Dave and the crew were outstanding. The air conditioning in our minivan wasn't working. They took the time to find the real issue (there was a leak near the rear of the van) and fix it right the first time. This was all communicated to me. They explained everything. I'm very happy with the service!

Dave heard my frustrations with other mechanics, gave me an accurate estimate, kept to his promised timeline, and the prices seemed fair for the work. He fixed my AC the same day and I will definitely call him again if I need!

Excellent service. Changed my unevenly worn front tires, explained to me why they were worn uneven, and gave me a fair estimate to fix the problem. Friendly and speedy service. Will be going there for the front end alignment soon.

I worked at a service station/garage in Brookfield as I was growing up. Living in West Allis now, it is difficult to get out there to have our cars serviced. My daughter recommended Richlen Garage. From the moment I went in there, I felt comfortable. Dave knows what he's talking about, explained things expertly, yet in terms that non-automotive people could understand. I feel that their prices are fair, and would recommend them to anyone.

They charged me $310. for an easy $15. part on the top of my engine. I left and there was no change to my problem with emissions, same codes. When I asked them about it, they said they would charge me more for more repairs and couldn't care less about it. I went down the street and 5 minutes later, another garage had fixed the whole problem for $10. I'll never go back to the Richlen Garage on the south side of Lincoln again. Even his son's businesses know how bad his service is, they hear about it all the time. At least they do a fair job.
