This business was great and the runner was professional and a great person. But now a childish guy running this shop that is extremely uncivilized and he does not know anything regarding vehicle at all. I took my car to this place and ended up paying $1k and my car did not get repaired. He replaced a lot part and the vehicle did not work so i got tired of him for not being able to find out the problem and took my car to another location and the other location said the problem was the battery and charged it for 2 hours. Now my car has been running ever since. Do not take your vehicle for repairmen to this scammer.

After reading the review, it's evident that the owner or owner's son at this place is extremely biased against black people. They tend to misrepresent car issues and fabricate repair needs. For instance, when I went in for a tune-up and valve work, they insisted that was necessary. However, just two months later, I faced similar problems and upon revisiting, they again claimed the same repair was needed. When I confronted them with my receipt proving the recent work, they had no choice but to acknowledge it. Then, they charged me $80 just to check under the hood, claiming that's where they discovered the issues. This seemed like an unnecessary fee. When I questioned why my car was still having issues so soon after the supposed repair, I began to doubt if any work had been done previously. Despite having spent $400 earlier, when I calmly expressed my concerns, the owner became aggressive and rude, especially when my friend intervened. He even suggested I go elsewhere for repairs. Feeling uncomfortable, I arranged for my father to pick up the car, but when he went, the owner wasn't present. This behavior is unacceptable, and it seems the owner is disrespectful towards women and unwilling to address men directly. I strongly advise against patronizing this place if you don't fit into their preferred customer profile.

Great service and very affordable price.. They replaced the front brakes pads for my vehicle, I asked them to replace the rear shoes and flush the hydraulic fluid .After they check everything they told me I do t have too, the rear shoes still good and I don’t need to flush the hydraulic fluid.. I highly respect their honesty and they don’t over charge their customers. Highly recommended

I love these guys they do great work and they're always super nice. They really go the extra mile for there customers. They keep in touch every step of way so there's no surprises when the bill comes etc. They are amazing they'll definitely take good care of you and your vehicles. Great service at a reasonable price everytime

Stopped in for failed ac. Apparently it was just a loose connection. He found the issue immediately, fixed it in two seconds and wasn’t even gonna charge me. These guys are some of the good ones. Highly recommend. I’ll be back.

I have to admit that I really know nothing about vehicles. My dashboard light won’t turn and I was so worried. Semy showed me that there’s this lil switch on the side that would turn the dashboard lights on. He reminded me of my Dad. I’m really glad that I went to this place instead of somewhere else because I could have easily been fooled🥺🙂.

If you want honesty and reasonable prices Richland Auto is the place to do business with. I have been going here 15+ years and never have had a bad experience. Sam, the owner, will never try to sell you something you don't need and Pablo the mechanic is trustworthy. Honesty goes a long way here.

If you go here ask for Pablo. Really fast service. Came in for a tune up i didnt need and he saved me money with a Diagnosis of the real problem. Told me which part to bring and how much labor was and took care of me ASAP. Shout out to all 3 guys.
