Very friendly customer service - first come first serve. I got there DUMB early Saturday morning and there were approximately 8-9 cars ahead of me. They got my alignment done before noon. Great breakfast and coffee shop options nearby within walking distance to get breakfast while you wait! Thank you

By far the worst service I've ever received. Well ever not received. I had scheduled to drop my vehicle off at 930am to have an alignment done by 1pm. I drop the vehicle off. I come back at 1:15, and they haven't even started on my truck. Wow smh. Then the clerk wants to get an attitude with me. Why I don't know, needles to say, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. RUDE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Very nice people! There was a waiting list but they communicated that upon my arrival & worked me in at a later time slot. I returned around the scheduled time, they got me in & fixed up in good timing, communicating what would be recommended, and cost was fair & reasonable as far as I can tell. May God bless this place & their beautiful family & staff!🙏🏼

Hands down the best place I’ve ever been to get alignments yes alignments done and done right. Mr Richard is a smooth guy and knows his stuff! This should be showing 10 stars not 5 for this company. First come first served appointments and drop offs are also an option.

There is no where else to take your vehicle. These folks are the absolute best at what they do. I have been a faithful follower since I found their shop in Goose Creek years ago. Now they are in a bigger and better location in Summerville. Let them do the work for you. You will be glad you did.

do real good work been there with all my cars trailblazer ss, monte carlo ss, and honda civic. get to sit down in shop and actually see them work. something that is hard to find in the automotive world now a days. glad to see the family again at the summerville shop. Great work as usual. Captain d's is right next door to boot. Whee just having fun. That might be another slogan somewhere else but I am having fun here.
