This body shop is the most wonderful place I have ever been! They are extremely knowledgeable, personable and do an excellent job. It seems that they treat your car like their own. I would have never known about them if it wasn't for a local dealership who brings all their cars there! Come to find out, a lot of the dealerships use their services as well. They fixed my rear view mirror and made it look like new! Also, keep in mind, their prices are reasonable, and just because they work with the dealerships, doesn't mean they charge the same prices, they're extremely reasonable! I went there a few times to have them put touchup paint on the door and they even used solvent to take the transfer paint off! These people are wonderful. These people are great and if you need any collision work done, go here, best ones.

Called a lot of places in town and this was the happiest sounding place that seemed to genuinely want to help me. Rhino Mobile Mechanics called me quickly with a-quote. Fixed my-AC fan before the hot weekend from hell is bestowed upon us. Would go back. I'm a business owner and I'm huge on customer service. The mechanic was able to help me get two tires replaced. He was prompt and it being a Saturday afternoon was still able to get me two new tires at a very good price. This is the 3rd time I have him help me. Once was for my oil change and the second was he changed my alternator. I will keep reaching out to him for my services. Thank you again!

I was trying to change the rear license plate on my vehicle and the screw was stuck. Myself and several others tried to get it out but were unsuccessful in our attempts and managed to get the screw pretty badly stripped. I called Rhino Mobile Mechanics and Dustin picked up. He was able to come down same day to help me and had the screw out within 5 minutes. . He also was a good conversationalist which is always a plus! Definitely recommend reaching out if you need someone. Another plus is it didn’t cost me too much out of pocket.

I experienced some strange noises and a persistent check engine light on my 2014 BMW 3 Series. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Showed up 3hrs late. I had an A/C Freon leak he said he fixed the issue and at the time was very happy to have A/C again. For half a day. Dustin did not fix the problem said he found the A/C leak and same day it stopped working again. He said he would fix the issue. He showed up next day 4hrs late AGAIN to correct the issue but could not repair. Then hits me with a new price of another 400 to fix the issue he supposed to have fixed the first time. Took to another mechanics and was told what he did damaged the A/C unit and speculated he ruined the valve so I would spend more money. I would not recommend this man “DUSTIN” to anyone.

Called on Wednesday and explained the issue. More than likely my alternator is bad. Gave me a decent quote and set up an appointment today early in the morning. I didn't get the guys name but he never showed up.

Never again. They send sub contractor out name badascid auto repair and said my issues was the fuel pump needed to be changed. & my car still didn't start after that was changed n new spark plugs were installed as well. Communication was poor and was late several times. Tell me a time and or said was on their way and wasn't.

Rhino Mobile Mechanics provides exceptional service, and I attribute it all to Dustin. He efficiently replaced the cracked outer handle on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma in a timely manner. Dustin has consistently found solutions for various issues with my Tacoma, including addressing the check engine light. I highly recommend Dustin once again.

Rhino Mobile Mechanics was the broker or dispatch for the independent mobile mechanic Badasci Mobile Auto Repair. This review is based on the actual mechanics pre-inspection. I was purchasing a used car from out of state and needed a reliable vehicle pre-inspection service completed for peace of mind. As a broker and dispatch Rhino offered a mobile mechanic to visit the lot to inspect the car I was interested in at A&M Auto in Fresno, CA. $200 flat rate, pretty standard. Being the first time I had used such a service I should have requested a more THOROUGH inspection of check list points as there were several very costly issues that were missed. Initially the mechanic was friendly and responded to text and email messages until I pointed out the things he missed after delivery to my home and having a local mechanic inspect to do repairs on items missed from the pre-inspection. After that, no response, should have refunded the flat fee. • PROS: Can visit onsite in short amount of time. Was prompt with schedule and communication. Sent photos of some noticeable issues. Test drove, basic visual inspection inside and out, stereo, heat, AC, power electronics, and basic mechanical functions inspected. Photos and notes sent of noticeable marks and damage. Transaction completed through Venmo, invoice emailed. Overall vehicle assessment stated in good working condition. • CONS: NO UNDER CARRIAGE INSPECTION !! • NO check list. • NO verification list of services performed, just a loose message that I had to request stating some of the points inspected. If the car would have gone to an actual shop instead of onsite they should have put it on a lift for an under carriage inspection. Because the underside wasn't inspected he missed some very costly fixes. After my car was delivered I quickly noticed leaking oil pooling under my car after being parked. I took it to my local mechanic right away, they raised up on a lift and brought me into the shop garage to show me the obvious major missed inspection points... (1) cracked engine oil pan leaking oil, (2) both CV boots worn and dry, (3) cracking alternator belt, and (4) rear motor mount worn needing immediate replacement. Other missed visuals which I noticed right away upon transport delivery that were not mentioned by the inspection or the dealership... Drivers and passenger window tint was bubbling and starting to peel, rear window tint torn up from item scratching inside, front windshield entirely covered with micro wear (rough like sand), rear side window molding was torn on both upper sides where a roof rack had been installed, floor mat mounts on drivers side detached, and several quite noticeable severe underside front bumper scuffs. Some of the minor visuals wasn't that big of a deal, but with over $2K+ in severe mechanical fixes I would have likely passed on the car purchase or demanded a steep discount in the sale price from the dealership A & M Auto out of Fresno, CA. Sadly I do not recommend the mobile mechanic Dustin of Badasci Mobile Auto Repair booked through Rhino for a used car sale pre-inspection. You're way better off sending an inspection to a brick and mortar shop to insure they put it on a lift to do a thorough under carriage inspection, remove covers, check belts, hoses, mounts ... etc. All these points of inspection should be standard, and being mobile they should have at least jacked it up to visually inspect underneath, or had a video camera or mirror. Unfortunately this ended up being a very costly lesson learned. Have since had all the issues fixed locally and the car drives great.

Scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm to reseal my oil pan since its leaking. Time comes around and no one shows. Called and text but no one every got back to me. Time now is 5:15pm. Don’t recommend to do business here. No communication whatsoever. Should of taken it to the shop this morning instead. Learned my lesson

This mechanic company from Fresno is just great. Called them yesterday morning about a radiator replacementand luckily had an appointment slot for me. Work was of excellent quality and for sure I learned something today about auto repair tips. I will be calling them in the future if I run into an issues with my VW.
