Great guys and great shop. Always honest, quick, and affordable. The only place I get my used tires from in town. Update: I had to swing through again for another tire and, yet again, amazing service. Update: Needed new tires for my truck, and of course, only 1 place in town to go.

I had a screw in one of my tires. I could have just tried to fix it myself in my driveway, but it would have taken me hours. I could have brought it to one of those ‘big box’ stores that say they will fix it ‘for free’, but they will keep you waiting for hours until you agree to buy a new tire. So I went to R&G, where they fixed it in minutes for a great price. I’m thrilled.

My father recommended this place for me. First time at this place, and I already loved it. Paid about only $85 on my used tire just for the front. I would've left paying $170 something for all 4 used tires. But I am likely to return to get new tires since the used tires are just there till I get it replaced with the new tires for all 4 of my wheels. Anyways, thank you, Miguel, for telling me ahead of how much I'll be paying at the end. I really appreciate the hard work you do, sir. The same goes for his coworkers, who I also saw doing an amazing job. I would most recommend this place to a friend or family member. Again, I appreciate the hard work Miguel and his coworker do. I had a recent experience that made me take a break from coming by.... It had been at least a year since the last time I came in. I pulled up and parked my car in the driveway like I typically do..2 people where getting their tires fixed. One of the newer employees walks up to me yelling "you can't park there!!! You need to park your car in a parking a spot so you're not blocking the driveway!!!" I park, get out of my car, and he over by the gate to wait. In the past when I've parked in a spot....I waited 30 minutes just to see new customers being helped before me. When the new worker came up to me again to continue to yell at me, I explained this to him, He didn't care. He continue to chastise me like I was a child, treating me like I was dumb because I couldn't see the sign. Then I walked away to sit down inside when they took my car. He came into the building, nagging at me more trying to argue like he was my wife. I told him...I dont even argue with my own husband like this...so I'm not doing that with you. Finally he left me alone. One of the veteran worker cashed me out. I made a comment saying the other guy was grumpy today (because they saw how he was acting) he didn't even say anything....no apology....nothing. it kinda hurt because I had been a loyal customer for 10 years...and my mom went to them years before that. No I dont want a cookie! I just want them to understand that they are still running a service that requires you to care about the customers. I didn't do anything to attack that man...and there was no reason why he should have been yelling at me. The 5 stars is for the times I was in tears dealing with tire issues and the veteran workers helped me in these bad situations. They comforted me and took care of me in those times!

Update Sept 9 2024: Don't let the construction on Grant keep you away! It was at most a small inconvenience on my trip. R and G Tire & Auto Services on Grant near Columbus has always been my go-to place when I have a flat that needs fixing, or when some of the tires on my vehicle are worn out and need to be replaced. Especially when money is too tight for new. 26 years and four vehicles later, they've always gotten me on the road quickly and affordably. Over the years I've learned R and G is also the best place to buy new. I highly recommend this shop.

Best shop around bar none. Quick, affordable, and reliable. These guys are techs not salesman, so while they might not come off as silky smooth as other places, they don’t try and sell you on something. Just an honest straightforward shop!

Have been here twice, first time to replace my front tires, dew months later to patch a flat and replace another tire. They offer great prices and they are always incredibly kind. Definitely go here if you want great prices and even better customer service! Also very time efficient, never waiting long here. Will return without question:)

Great staff. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Service was quick and prices were great. They even let me borrow a tool to get my old truck going when she wouldn’t start again. I will be coming back for all my tire needs. Highly recommend. Thank you.
