These guys did a fantastic job on my car - new to Miami and kept putting off repairs since didn't know which spot to go to. Tried Rey's and they did a phenomenal job. Also got it done super quick too, within the day that I brought in the car. My go-to spot for any car repairs from now on!

I had a minor issue with a loose bolt which was causing sound while accelerating, steven was very accommodating and he fixed it in 2minutes. I will be regular at this shop for all my car needs.

Awesome mechanic shop, truly 5 stars, 10/10. They were so helpful to our situation, we’re from Minnesota and needed to get our car looked at to get home for the holidays, they were super accommodating and made us a priority. Great prices. We took our 2013 Dodge Charger in with the power steering not working. Daniel and his staff were wonderful. They took the time to diagnose what was wrong with our car and fixed in quickly and for a very reasonable price. We can’t thank them enough and plan to use them for all our car needs in the future. I was able to schedule a maintenance appointment for my Civic over the phone. Everything was done well, pretty quickly, and at a reasonable cost. One thing to note — parking is limited, so you might have to street park if there are other customers checking in or checking out.

Unprofessional and Unethical Business Practices SHORT VERSION: Be cautious dealing with this shop. They have no idea what they are doing and will just randomly change parts until they find what’s wrong with your car (as mentioned in other reviews). Any promises they make are not to be relied upon, and they are complete gaslighters and liars in my opinion. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I am very disappointed in this team. I came to vet them because I needed a good mechanic for a deceased client with a large collectible cars collection, and I am so glad I did not have time to hire them for this job. That’s the beauty of the USA: You never know how many thousands of dollars you leave on the table when you screw someone over a few hundreds. I hope karma will get them in their business, they are terrible. LONG VERSION: I had a very unfortunate experience with this shop, particularly with Daniel and his brother. Here's what happened: * I came to see them in November 2023 and mentioned that my tire was slowly deflating on the highway between Naples and Miami. I said “it seems it’s only when the car drives on the highway and very slow. Maybe the valve stem or maybe a small leak”. Daniel wasn’t sure. I got the car back after oil change and they said “we couldn’t find anything wrong. Could be the tire or the rim” * By March, the tire was still deflating, now more quickly albeit still slowly. I brought the tire back and —since I work 60 hours a week— told Daniel, “well lets change the tire and if its not it, we will know its the rim.” Daniel said “sounds good.” At no time did he mention that we could just change the valve stem for 15$ instead of the whole tire. * I changed the tire and… Still deflating. I said “well if we change the whole tire it can only be the rim no?” He replied “yes must be it” (I have text messages), I sent him a link for the rim and he confirmed it was the right one. * Now 3 weeks and 550$ later, new rim, new tire, still same issue! Finally he told me that he admitted that he changed the tire but reused the same valve stem, and it turns out the valve stem was the issue. * Both Daniel and his brother tried to gaslight me and said it was my fault and they only followed my suggestions, that I should have told them to change the valve stem. So be aware that if you take your car to their shop, you also have to do the thinking for them and diagnose and fix the problem. * I was fuming. Rey was here and when I explained my situation, he seemed sympathetic and admitted they should have started with the valve stem first. * Daniel spoke with him and told me “we will refund you for the tire” (they lied to the manufacturer saying the tire they gave me was defective — which is stealing). And he told me “we will sell the rim within few weeks and give you the difference so you get your whole money back”. * Months passed without any progress. By June, after repeated inquiries, I suggested they give me $300 instead of $550 just to resolve the situation, but was told to wait longer. * I discovered that the rim was listed online at a price very close to what I initially paid ($530 vs $550), making it unlikely to attract a buyer. This showed me that there was never a real intention to sell or refund me. Daniel accused me of leaving a negative review (which I didn’t but I am now doing) and said they would no longer refund me anything beyond what they sell the rim for. * Now 9 months after the ordeal, the rim still was not sold and I came to speak to Rey (who seems to have semi-retired) to see if he would honor his word to me. Probably like father, like sons (unprofessional, liars) but I will never know! * When I went back to retrieve the rim today, the interaction was unprofessional. Daniel’s brother told me “I could simply throw your rim out and tell you to F… off”, and no refund was offered, despite their initial promise back in March. The rim was new and is now scratched. I will put it online for you $150 and move on.

Everyone knows that it’s very hard to find a genuinely good , professional and honest mechanic … maybe near to impossible ! But these guys at Rey’s are exactly that !!! They’re also great people and saved me a lot of trouble by taking my car in while being completely swamped with work . They understood my critical situation and my car was done by the next morning and charged an absolutely fair great price !!! Now I have a mechanic in the area that I can proudly speak about . Thank you Daniel for everything and for the battery for my remote ( extra benefits ;-)) This auto shop is a rare find in today’s world . Glad I found you guys ! Thank U

First time coming to them to get to them. I got an oil change! It was a great fair price. Lower than where I had been going. They also had amazing customer service! And even touched up an issue with my rear bumper. I’ll definitely be back!

Love working with this place. Steve runs a tight ship. I went to 2 other mechanic shops due to a tire that kept getting deflated and they kept telling me nothing is wrong with it. These guys quickly found the problem, fixed the tire, replaced my oil, did the rotation and even sent me a progress video. Incredible service, don't look any further.

If you’re looking for an honest mechanic with a great heart, I recommend Reyes auto repair service. Steve and Ray were amazing. I went in today as a walk-in because my car was giving me a check engine light when I get there they were fully booked for good reasons, but Steve made it an emphasis to at least run the computer and check the car out. In doing so he noticed there may be something wrong with the oil pan. But he didn’t just tell me what the code said on the computer and send me away. He went ahead and lifted the hood and checked the oil on the engine. When he took the measurement of the dipstick, he found out the engine was bone dry, Mind you I just replaced the oil at “Las brisas” two days ago don’t ever go there they’re crooks and are unexperienced mechanics. Steve went ahead and filled my car engine oil to the proper measurement as he did so he also educate me on the importance of always checking the car after it is serviced by anyone. At the end, when I asked him how much I owed him, he told me not to worry about it. I have never been to, a mechanic shop that would do that. He was just worried about my safety and the condition of my car. Reyes Auto repair Is my new mechanic I would never go anywhere else. I’ve never been treated so well. They make you feel like a true valued customer. All the staff were friendly and amazing and the owner of Ray and Steve are just astonishing , We need more people like them in this world. Thank you again. Steve and Ray I’ll be back for all my mechanic work.

There are a lot of mechanics in the area, but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Daniel, Steve and the rest of the team are all fantastic: responsive, communicative, honest, and fair. I've had to take my car in for numerous issues (it's super old, so it has a lot of issues), from a new battery to an oil change to replacing coil springs and brake pads, and they have always done an amazing job. Thank you Rey's!

best service i’ve had! i’m very new to car repair, as a young person on my own, and steve really took great care of me. he sent videos of the diagnostic, and was even concerned about how other auto shops treated me. he was incredibly attentive and my car is working perfectly now! i fully recommend and i’ll absolutely be returning and sending all my friends here
