10/06/2023 It was at 3:30pm. I asked the guy to put air in my tire because it is obviously low. Now a tire has a (psi) rating and the vehical has a (psi) rating. Now the one that you go by default is the tire because as the years go by technology of tires improve. I asked him to put what the tire specs is written & he quickly said "No" & I asked "What you mean No?" He said "I go by what the vehical has written." I asked again,"Please put what the tire has written" He said "No & that will be $5 dollars for checking your pressure." I said, "First of all I asked you to put air it's obvious it low & second you didn't do as I asked. Seriously $5 dollars? I offered him $3 dollars & that was refused by him 3 times. He quickly took a picture of my licence plate & told me "Now it's gonna cost you a lot more than $5 dollars" I had my 83 year old Aunt with me (It's her Birthday today) & I told her what just happened & she even agreed he is ridiculous. As a business owner myself you don't treat customers that way. 01/11/2024 Wow.... that took 4 months to get a reply. Now sir.. Why would you start a claim as to childishly say my tires are old? The fact is sir.... You don't know how old these tires are, And second of all, if there was a little more respect to what I had asked of you in the first place I would have had my tire repaired with you guys & we wouldn't be here 4 months later wasting time over old news. But if that's what you like to do, then I have no problem as to help you waste your time here with (Great Enthusiasm) over 4month news. And you know what sir? How's about you go & read your old school manuals & I will stay up to date with new information releases that explains the newer or newest technology to our older systems can be updated or equiped with. So let me thank you for wasting your time.

Best mechanic I've been to. Honest, reliable, and affordable. Frankly, if more places were like Reynaga Auto Service, the roads would be a lot safer.

I almost got ripped off at a different shop, they said my tire was unfixable and that I needed to spend 100+ per new tire plus more for services and when I went here they fixed my tire for 15 bucks. Plus they were fast and professional!!

I have used Reynaga Auto Service for many years. Best service in San Antonio. In and out in 15 minutes for an oil change. Cant beat the service and courtesy of the men that work there.

These gentlemen helped us several times and you could tell they care about their customers very much. While our car was getting it's tires fixed they would come out and talk to us, they were very kind and they helped with our problem and figured it out for us. Wake up LAK and SAT!! I've used this business for tire replacement/repair for 6 yrs now and David (owner), Carlos, & Ceasar are Top Notch at what they do...better than Toyota dealerships when it comes to tire svc. Here's just one of my stories about this crew. Last night I took a 2018 Toyota Tundra w/oversized tire w/nail attached to Carlos & Ceasar. Previously, I had visited N Park & Cavendar Toyota dealerships. Here's what the so-called professional Toyota techs had to say about nail in my tire. N Park tech stated they could not blister patch tire because to close to sidewall and patch would be on inner curvature of tire and not hold. Refused to do plug as well. Cavendar Toyota tech stated blister patch repair was out of question for same reason. Stated they would plug tire for $100. Tired of BS, that's when I turned to Reynaga, my friends from old. Carlos assessed tire and said I can blister patch this tire as nail hole is on flat portion of tire. In 20 min, Carlos and Ceasar had me back on the road, let me watch their repair and explained everything they were doing as I watched these Masters at work! I know I'm hype'g this business, but if you think dealerships are straight and square with you, might want to reconsider when something doesn't sound right coming from their mouths!! Carlos, Ceasar...Thank You! David, Good on You for hiring these TRUE PROFESSIONALS!! You do your biz proud!

Well I’m in construction so flats are a regular occurrence. However since I drive with run flats your franchise tire dealers refuse to patch. Brought my $2000 Good Years here and was taken care of right away. Had two nails in one tire! In and out in minutes. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be my go to while working on Lackland AFB.
