this is an excellent place to have your car broken down. If your car is in your way and you no longer want to use it, then go to this place and you will stop using it. They will make your small problem bigger so you will come back. As an auto mechanics shop and everything advertised, I would not give it even one star. And if we talk about alignment, it is much worse, your car turns to one side only, wearing out all the tires, after taking it to this shop... Es un taller muy malo en todo, no recomiendo este taller es una perdida de tiempo y dinero, estos mecanicos no saben ni hacer un simple alinealiento de carro y mucho menos todo lo demas, el tener las herramientas no los hace ser mecanicos, seria bueno que existiera algun tipo de control para todos estos talleres, porque en pocas palafras esto se convierte en algun tipo de estafa.

DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO MECHANIC SHOP. They changed a break module and the car was ready we went to pick it up. Upon pick up the mentioned something about a radiator replacement(the car didnt have radiator problems). 2 days later of course the radiator blows while driving, had to get it towed to a different shop. At the new shop with a trusted mechanic we were told they had purposely disconnected/ loosened the radiator causing it to fail and blow while driving very dangerous. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The daughter has a nasty attitude and should not be working there. I dropped my vehicle off due to a check engine light and after picking up my car and giving them $2k thinking the problem is fixed my CEL comes back on within a few hours of having my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle back off thinking it’s something that is covered under warranty for them to only tell me that I now owe them another $200 because “anything can make the check engine light come on and they said it wasn’t the same issue as before”. This happened last time I brought my vehicle to the shop as well. I picked Up my vehicle and within a couple of hours another light came on that wasn’t originally on the vehicle when o dropped it off. Take my advise and RUN don’t walk away from this business if you value your vehicle and your wallet

I came here when my AC went out. They couldn't figure out where exactly it was leaking, so they filled it up and told me to go back if it runs out again. Went back the 2nd time, still hasn't been able to figure out the leak. They've been nice about it so far, we shall see

The lady owner has got some attitude. We come to these small establishments but believe me they wilk just Rob you further. First of all you do not get access to see what they are doing in the backend. I have my thirs break light gone which dealership told me that they will fix it up for 300. I went to these guys and they took 65$ for diagnostic. They told they put the whole light assembly worh 99$ and labor charged for 140$ for labor . so total I ended up spending the same and I am not even sure if they really put a fuse only or it was a problem with the whole light assembly. Honestly if you know the cars it takes whole lot of efforts to get to the center light, you really need to rip off the back sear and my car was out in minutes and when I checked the backseat looked like nothing had changed.

Took my car for a electrical problem (horn and alarm) not working and he did a diagnostic on my car took off spark plugs and fuel injectors out which I never agreed on that...sergio is a arrogant guy which will only mess up ur car more and lie to u in ur face and tell u that's the way u took it to him...scammer...avoid major headaches with this guy that don't know what he's doing only damaging peoples car more

Scammed us out of money. Diagnosed the problem paid them and days later it was something else. Nothing was ever fixed. Car was given to us worse than when we took it to them. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.

bunch of crooks.. don't waste time or money. i payed them over 700 dollars and couldn't fix my car.. they gave me my car worse then than how I dropped it off.. dishonest people.. 2 weeks later I'm having to tow my car to a different shop.. don't trust this people!

BEWARE OF OWNER, he is very DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE and WILL INSULT YOU. Plus I don't know how he owns a business if he don't know what he is doing. Had a very bad experience with this shop and owner. Plus he make my husband car worse. I will not like how I said I will not recommend the shop to none of my family and friends.

Experiencing rude and incompetent service when it comes to car repairs can be frustrating and distressing. It all began when my car started showing signs of trouble—a subtle rattle under the hood that gradually worsened. Reluctantly, I took it to a local mechanic recommended by a friend. From the outset, the reception was cold and unwelcoming. The mechanic, a gruff individual with oil-stained overalls, barely acknowledged me before grumbling about how busy they were. Upon inspecting my car, they diagnosed it as a minor issue with the exhaust system and assured me it would be a quick fix. Despite my unease, I agreed to leave it in their hands. Days passed with no word from the mechanic. Each time I called for an update, I was met with irritation and vague promises that it would be done soon. Finally, after a week of waiting, I received a call informing me that my car was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the shop, my heart sank as I saw my car parked in a different spot than where I had left it. The mechanic approached, looking even more surly than before, and handed me the paper saying that they fixed the car but when I turned it on it didn't work. They are rude if I could give this 0 Stars.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My husband took his 2002 suburban to Sergio for a diagnose and repair. Originally it had a check engine light and it had a strong odor of gasoline, Sergio told my husband he was sure it was a misfire and a oxygen sensor but will do a diagnose using his machine to find the issue. 4 days later my husband called to check on his truck and was told by Sergio son which is very young and inexperienced that it was a spark plug and that it would be ready the following day. My husband this time didn’t called since he was told it would be ready the next day, when we got there we waited closed to 2 hours to get the keys, they were charging us $125 my husband asked to go checked the truck before paying and come to find out they didn’t fix anything!!! They actually broke my signal flasher stick and when we started the truck it rattled and shakes like crazy, long story short they messed up the truck instead of fixing it and when confronted Sergio he was rude, disrespectful, and told my husband he don’t like to work on “ old cars” and asked my husband to take his “junked” out of his property!!! All this in front of his son, what ashamed teaching his son to be a crooked mechanic and irresponsible! We left but we are looking to take legal action because our truck ran good it just had a check engine light on and it smelled like it was burning more fuel than expected, but it can barely run at 20 mph smh . Don’t take your car there unless you want to end up with bigger and expensive problems!

Si pudiera darle menos 5 Estrellas lo hiciera!! No lleven su carro ahi si no quieren tener mas problemas con su carro. Lleve mi carro ahi xk se le prendia el check engine y me dijeron que lo hiban a checar y avisarme, pasaron 3 dias y cuando hablaba para preguntar solo me decia la muchacha que estaban trabajando en el. Al cuarto dia fui y el carro lo tenian afuera y al prenderlo tenia 3 luces prendidas, me querian cobrar x el diagnostico el cual nubca se lo hicieron xk al contrario de prendieron otras 2 luces mas y no se quisieron hacer responsables!!! MUY MAL SERVICIO!!!!!!

I took my car to them last Wednesday and they said they'll do a diagnostic on it and it'll be ready by Friday. Called on Friday, they said Saturday. Went there Saturday, its not ready. Came in on Monday, they said come at 4! I come at 4 and learn they didn't do a diagnostic on it and the only thing they fixed was one thing. It's a simple fix literally takes maybe an hour at most and these people took 5 days! If I knew that I would have taken it elsewhere. I outlined for them all the issues I was having with my car and they only fixed one issue and wanted me to leave my car for who knows how long to fix the other issue. They also apparently had no recollection of me telling them about the other issue and I repeatedly told their front desk what the issues were. Another thing I wanted to mention, because of their negligence in addition to the issue im having (non battery, starter or alternator related) my battery is now drained and the car is dead. I'm so pissed.

Bill was $385 - 390 🤦🏽‍♀️ If I could give no --stars to make a review I would! This is the worst place ever! Owner is a disaster! Thankfully I didn't take my vehicles here! My review is based on my friend who took his car here just for AC to get checked had his car there for more then a month! He is not from here and he asked me to go with him since I speak fluent Spanish & English! First off owner from the beginning was acting ridiculous! So I asked owner why it took so long to give my friend a diagnostic on AC! He started to blame my friend for not getting parts to them on time! And that they could have gotten. Part from dealer and so on! My friend was saying no that the owners daughter called and said they couldn't! One of his workers walks in with clients and the owner proceeds to yell at the guy in front of everyone to let him talk and to be quiet 😳🤦🏽‍♀️ It gets worse my friend said that the daughter called earlier that day and just hung up phone! So we explained this to owner and he said and I quote! " okay and who cares I don't care what you have to say or what she has to say all I care about is you paying me for this invoice 😳😅 which was $ 389 or 390! 😳🤦🏽‍♀️! But they took a month to say what they think is wrong with it and then they changed a part with out telling my friend about it! 🤦🏽‍♀️ it gets worse! So after being there for a good 20 minutes. My friends wife pays a bill which they shouldn't have paid! And all of a sudden owner starts to tell my friend " come on man you want to fight me! 😳 walks out side and starts threatening my friend his daughter gets him inside asking for the keys to my friends car. And owner pulls them out of his pocket and throws them at him! 😳. We started to exchange words and he said" what what are yall going to do look I have so much business! Which at that point I said yeah and all those cars are full of dust bc those are probably victims that you have also threatened! With a huge bill!. We left but he was still threatening me as we left! WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT GO HERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I truly hope this helps someone else from this horrible place!

Came in for a simple battery terminal replacement. I provided the part. They did things out of order. The lady at the front desk told me that they would check and see what the issue is, and they would call me back with the price to repair. They did the repair and then called when they were finished telling me the price was $110 (their hourly rate). I had been quoted $25-$50 at another shop to do this simple repair. Do yourself the favor and go elsewhere. They are the stereotypical mechanics. Taking advantage of people.

Debería haber la opción de no estrellas, si estas buscando un lugar para arreglar tu auto este no te lo recomiendo, son malos mecánicos dañaron mi camioneta y no se quieren hacer responsables yo solo fui a hacer una alineación y me tuvieron ahí desde las 9:00 am hasta las 2:00 pm se tomaron la libertad de rotar las llantas sin mi autorización y no apretaron las tuercas lo cual causó que se me dañara el rin y se dañaran los birlos y ellos no responden por los daños causados a tu auto así que por favor no vayas a este lugar ni por error te pueden dañar el auto y corres peligro afortunadamente yo me di cuenta a tiempo y no paso a mayores pero si negligencia pudo haber causado un accidente grave, aquí dejó fotos de los daños para que vean que no miento, calificación 0

Cero estrellas cada que traigo mi carro al cambio de aceite algo le dejan mal, siempre queda tirando aceite le dejan el tapón flojo o el filtro, en una occasion ni el tapón donde le echan el aceite le pusieron y me descompusieron el cárter.

I went to this company because Ive taken my car before and got good result, not sure if it was because he had not grow to the point of not. So trusting him to put on a catalytic Converter but was told that they Everytime you ran into a problem putting it on so it took longer and not it have a noise going on and the Owner Reyes is playing me as if I don't have since to know what I'm talking about. He kept my car for a hole weekend and came back and said He heard nothing you start the car it seem like something is falling apart. So he said he took some plastic out that was touching the fan. but the next day when it was cold it's yes doing the same thing. But He refuse to fix it. Do not take your car there He do not stand behind his work.
