The team at Revive Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car following an accident. They were highly professional, courteous, and kept me informed along the way. It took a bit to get the vehicle in the shop, though that's not abnormal for any shop in the valley, and they had everything wrapped up in a couple of weeks. Plus a full detail! Thank you Revive!

The work itself was done very well. Issues in how long the work took (though there were parts issues not in their control and an illness not in their control). Major issue in how Revive communicated to us on resolving insurance. Revive had some work done that was not needed or approved, then refused to release the car because the insurance company had not yet agreed to pay for the unapproved and likely unnecessary repair. When discussing this with Revive, they stated their only goal was 'to get paid' and that insurance 'usually just pays for whatever we put on the invoice'. I expect more discretion on what is done, making sure that it is not going to cause additional delay to the customer (getting the car back, dealing with insurance, etc).

The work was completed on time, they communicated with the insurance company and me, and my car was returned clean and ready to go. I’d recommend Mitch and his team to anyone that needs auto body work!

Awesome group of guys that excel at what they do. The process was painless from the initial contact through when the work was completed. These guys are extremely busy, like all body shops around town, but they worked me into their schedule and had me taken care of in a very timely fashion while also being thorough. I contacted several body shops, and Revive was the only one that would even do a same-day inspection/estimate. Other places were several weeks out just for an inspection/estimate and 6+ months out to actually complete the work. Revive also dealt with my insurance company from the start, and Paul provided superior customer service by always keeping me in the loop to let me know how the timeline was looking and what was going on. The owner, Mitch, is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They made a stressful time a lot less stressful and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the work done on my vehicle. They even detailed the interior and it looks brand new! I highly endorse this business and will use them for all of my future bodywork and/or paint needs . Thanks again, fellas!

Excellent work, had minor body damage requiring paint and a few parts. While it was in, they identified a few other areas that needed repair and coordinated with insurance adjuster. Can recommend!

Got hit in my truck in November and took my truck in, they were a bit of a ways out to get my truck in but it was 100% worth the wait, these people did an amazing job and were very helpful and communicative along the way, and only took 2 weeks to fix, will recommend and use them everytime

I had an overall good experience with them. Mitch was prompt, professional, and super helpful. He helped answer random questions I had about insurance and the rental car company. They also cleaned our car. We got it back better than we sent it. Which is super awesome!

The ABSOLUTE best people to work with after I was broad sided. Helped adjust timings to get my door in, got my door replacement taken care of among so many other factors that had to addressed once the repair started, and thorough job! Would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. my heroes!

Had some body damage to my Tacoma, got in touch with Revive. The first thing they did was get pictures, and an in person look at the truck. This let them get parts in so I didn’t spend more time waiting. They estimated about 2 weeks for the repairs. It took them less than a week. Clear and consistent communication, and clean, impressive body, paint and mechanical work. Wouldn’t go with anyone else in Bozeman, these guys are upfront, honest and hard working. Couldn’t be happier.

Got rear ended back in February and had the most difficult time finding a shop that could get me in at a reasonable time. I called Revive Auto Body and they were able to do the work way sooner than other shops in town. They got the repairs done to my vehicle in a timely manner and helped deal with the insurance company. My car looks good as new and I am very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work. I highly recommend contacting Mitch over at Revive if you ever need any auto body or paint work done. They are the only shop I will use/recommend in the future. Thanks Mitch!

I reversed over some ice which caused my bumper to become detached and I was unable to pop it back in place on my own. I googled ‘auto body repair’ and ended up choosing Revive Auto Body & Paint based on their reviews. I stopped by and the guys were able to fix my bumper quickly for no charge. Revive is the greatest! They were able to fit me into their schedule during the busiest time of winter after a crash due to some black ice. My car now looks brand new. This shop is efficient, kind to their customers and all around awesome. Couldn't recommend them more!

We used Revive for my daughter's car after it was vandalized. Hands down the best customer service and workmanship not to mention good old-fashioned honesty which is so hard to find these days. When we went to pick up my daughter's car, she had to have $500 for her deductible, but because of a realization of how her custom paint job had been done before they were able to make adjustments to the pricing that insurance had already covered. So, to our surprise, when she went to hand him the $500 he said nope you can keep that, we actually got the prices to fit into the checks insurance sent. He could have easily pocketed the $500 and nobody would have known! My daughter was able to get a new battery and snow tires with that $500 for her rygg because of his stellar integrity! I have recommended them to other people since this experience and this is the only place I will ever go! Thank you Revive Auto!!
