Respect Performance is hands down the BEST automotive repair shop I’ve ever been to—no exaggeration! From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. I was recommended to go see Respect Performance by a good friend. They were able to squeeze me in last minute to diagnose my car. I was in and out before I knew it. Super professional and nice clean. Would definitely recommend to anybody second guessing this shop. They have a customer for life, I will be returning back to tune my vehicle.

Kristen and Angel at Respect Performance are a great team, very knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly gifted at what they do! I have brought in my 2023 Audi A3 for all maintenance services and they always leave the car in better shape after. I have also been able to have them install a front spoiler on my 2014 Mazda 3 outlined below. I can't say enough good things about RP. I recommend this shop if you are looking for honest, upfront and great service. 10/10

Great customer service and better auto service. Honest about what is needed and the cost up front. They did custom rear lights for my Honda and I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of work Angel did. I’m so happy to have found this small private shop. Great experience going here! Very respectful family owned business. I’ve also attended multiple vending events they have held at their location for the community and it has been nothing but pure joy. I have the upmost respect for these folks! I’ve trusted them to do some major performance work and routine maintenance and things have been spot on every time. The knowledge, experience and expertise is unmatched. The quality and detail of work is what every car owner wants and these guys exceed the bar. If you want quality and honest service, then I highly recommend this place. They send you pictures or videos of your car while in repair and also give you a really detailed invoice allowing you to choose what you want done before they begin repairs. This was very helpful in allowing my husband and I to plan financially for this unexpected cost for my car. When I picked up my car, they messages me about an hour or two later “asking how my car was driving” I live in waco but I’ll definitely drive 3 hours to get my car maintenances .

I definitely recommend these guys for all mechanical or modification needs. They installed an AWE exhaust on my FL5 CTR, and it was amazing. There were zero fitment issues after the installation; it was absolutely perfect. At the same time, they installed Dinan on my M340. The fitment on that was perfect as well, and they nailed the request I had for the tip placement. Everything came out great. They were able to sort out minor fitment issues and make it work. I will definitely be coming back, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a performance/mechanic shop.

My AC started blowing hot air in my 2019 RS5 last week. I had never been to Respect before, but since they are so close to where I live I wanted to give them a shot . My car is on air ride and I had concerns I might have caused the problem with my AC by myself due to airing out on a curb the day prior . They responded super quickly to my messages and informed me that due to the type of AC system I had they could not perform all of the work themselves, but still invited me over the next day so they could perform a physical inspection on the car . They said after the physical inspection we could discuss further options . I brought them the car the next day and they promptly inspected it informing me that it was physically fine and the cause might be due to a faulty evaporator . They ran my VIN and saw I had recall through the dealership for that exact part . They then coordinated with the dealership to which I brought the car that next week and they fixed it for free . I was not aware of the recall on the AC system and Respect Performance could have easily diagnosed my car and fixed it or sent me to another shop that would have charged me thousands in parts and labor . Instead they worked with me to save me thousands . I am extremely happy with the outcome and their customer service . Will be back for all my Audi needs in the future .

This shop saved me a lot of time and money when my clutch went out. The response times were quick and the notifications on my vehicles progress were thorough. They even sent over tracking info so we’d both be aware if there was a delay with shipping. Huge shoutout to Kristen for setting everything up, and to the guys who worked on the car.
