Chimene is great! Between the mishaps with the shop, warranty company, and Carmax I was not really getting anywhere even with doing the legwork. She jumped in and worked in the middle between everyone and helped me to get everything sorted out. Not only did it help me but everyone else involved. Communication was top tier. Thankyou so much! Great customer service goes such a long way.

Your CSR Lori was an absolute pleasure to work with via chat. She answered all of my questions to fullest and beyond, great customer service. Nice to see companies still have that, which are few and far between.

Hi! I had a payment discrepancies. Called and left a message. Chimene, returned my call with in a hour. She spoke with service center and with in a hour my payment discrepancy was resolved. She was on it! Great customer service, she listened , she took notes, very professional and on top of her game. She can advocate for me any time. Thank you for your dedication, hard work , and honesty. Ps. She even followed up after every thing was completed. Way to Go Chimene!

In all my years of being in customer service and all my years having been taken care of by customer service reps, I have NEVER met anyone like Chimene. She is by the most amazing customer service specialist I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. To the point that I wouldn't mind having an "issue" daily because I know she'd handle it. She called me, listened to me vent, understood my concerns, and then confirmed them with me. She then walked me through step by step next steps, all while being the most out going happy go lucky person I've ever spoken to. She's confident, knowledgeable, and is on top of things. She's a treasure, you don't EVER find this level of service anywhere. This young lady deserves a raise, she needs to be a department head, at a minimum, she's should be training folks on how to handle calls and customers. I'm truly, truly so thankful for this person. Thank you again Chimene, you rock!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Carmax and needed to get the oil changed with other services I felt needed to be checked out under my extended warranty I purchased, first I answered a few questions with the "bot" who quickly transferred me to Luca that set me up with a local service repair department in my area on my schedule, emailed my information, we exchanged pleasantries, and I was back to sleep so I could get some sleep for my upcoming shift all within 6 minutes. I wish all my daily errands were that easy and painless.

My car went down in August of this year . I purchased it with the maxcare extended warranty and if you've ever had any issues that needed to be handled through that you know it can be a safari to even get in contact with someone who isn't a robot . After months of no communication, non returned voice mails , and still no car the maxcare number I received sent me the number to repairpals and that's when Chimene took over . In about 3 weeks or so the business aspect of the repairs on my car seems to be picking up and I can tell she genuinely cares about what's going on with my case from her attention to detail and her tone from when we spoke . Especially dealing with the lack of good customer service I had been dealing previously in this situation from the other individuals , Chimene not only made it a little easier to breathe from how well she spoke , but she got things handled from her side . One of the best customer service experiences I've received bar NONE !

Update December 16, 2024 I just noticed positive reviews for Chimere.. while browsing reviews for this business. She must have had a few bad days when responding to my concerns. She was extremely rude and was not able to address my concerns. Maybe she had a spiritual awakening after our interactions. WOW!!!!! ____________________ Update March 7, 2024 REDUCING RATING TO 1 star. The issue involving Patriot Auto Repair still has not been resolved. The shop still refuses to honor the estimate, and Repairpal.com is not enforcing their contract with them. The response from Repairpal.com today by Chimene Navarro was as follows: "...our shops are expected to honor our estimator, yes, but they don't need to do work with a customer if they choose not to for personal reasons." WOW, I wonder if personal reasons include skin color, color of my shirt, or walking with a limp. Have they heard about a thing called "Discrimination"? I was shocked by her response. BUYERS BEWARE!!! She also accused me of being aggressive in my emails to her, which was strange because all I asked her to do was read the contract that Repair Pal has with its participating shops. This was after she made some idiotic responses to my concerns. I suggested that she get a job as a greeter at Walmart if she couldn't handle complaints from customers. Update September 2023. Repair pal, contacted me and the shop to mediate the issue. I appreciate their professional response. I'm increasing their rating to 4 stars. The repair shop involved gets 1 star. ________________________________ I recently utilized the Repair Pal Online System to get an estimate to have the spark plugs in my 2006 Mustang GT changed. The shop located in Dover, DE, was featured as one of their participants. Repair Pal gave an estimate of $301 to $345 to replace the plugs. When I arrived at the shop at the time and date confirmed by Repair Pal, I was told that my appointment was not in the system. After we resolved that issue, I was given a written estimate of $798.49 to replace the plugs. I respectfully declined the service. Repair Pal and the business need to honor their estimates. The difference between $345 and $798 is more than double. You ruined my day.
