I brought my car in to get tires and a wheel alignment and they did an amazing job. The car came out cleaner than I brought it in. The communication of when the work began and when it was done was amazing. And now the car no longer vibrates or pulls to the right and the steering wheel is straight after the road force balancing and alignment.

Brought Porsche 911 in because of erratic water temperature. Renn Haus replaced water pump (all good) but there was miscommunication (and thus confusion) over temp readings that should have been explained when car was returned. Had me uncomfortable driving long distances (for months) until everything was fully explained.

Place is absolutely amazing from staff to facility! I was caught in an awkward situation and called. They had my car towed, me Uber’d home and my car back on the road in a week. They went through the car and pointed out some potential issues. Can’t wait to bring my car back so we can verify no new leaks. I highly recommend as they are top notch technicians handling super cars. It was nice to see many 911’s in the parking lot!!

I have an older Mercedes with low mileage and was having some issues that they were able to assist me with. They were knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to help me. Prices were also very reasonable. I will be going back there for my normal service from now on as well. .

Jack and front desk are awesome in describing the work that should be done to add great performance to your vehicle… I have used Renn Haus a few times and they restored my 2009 Mercedes 550Gl to perfection… Just recently they upgraded my 2004 325ci BMW and it is running terrific!! The folks at Renn Haus were great to me and my car! They were extremely helpful diagnosing problems with my 2015 VW Passat and offering solutions but we're never pushy. Scheduling was very easy and I was able to get a loaner easily. I am so grateful for this shop and the people working there. They fixed the issue I had contracted them for and it has been running great! And it was the cleanest it had been in a long time. Thank you to Jay & Stephen for your work.
