Nice and quit service

I went in the morning for a tire repair because my tire kept needing to be refilled with air and then had dropped to 10 psi overnight. When I went into the shop, the workers were very nice however all they did was take my tire in the back, overfill it with air (48 psi - I had them lower it to the necessary 35), and then charge me $15 in cash, no receipt. I was able to get to work however, my psi had dropped to 22 by 4:30 PM. I went to a Pep Boys who found a nail in my tire and no repairs done to it. Basically - a scam.
