I had an upper radiator hose crack on my 2016 340i and I left was stranded in San Jose. They were quick to diagnose the issue, find the parts from a nearby BMW dealer, and repair the car on the same day, even for a weekend walk-in appointment! The mechanics and owners are very communicative and were upfront about the costs and showed me pictures of the broken part being replaced.

Great and quick service. Very reasonable price for oil change, $80 for my corolla. Waited about 45 minutes for oil change, very fast. Friendly staff.

Great place to get a DMV smog check. They are a Star certified station, so if your renewal certificate says you need to go to a Star station, this is your place. I was in and out in l less than 15 minutes. The lady in front of me was wrapping up. The guys are friendly and work fast, highly recommend this place.

If you don't want to be scammed, don't bring your car here. because they will destroy and cause more serious damage to your car. I was so deceived. I brought my car in for the first time. I brought my vehicle for alignment after 45 minutes, they told me, but printers damaged then can't print out the paper. I bring my car at home, and then it starts vibration at 60mp, then I bring my vehicle back they said I need to change the axle and then charge over $1000. The problem before that happened was that my car was perfectly not thing wrong . I'm not accepting the de, l then next auto shop they told me they was broken my axleIt's totallyly scammer. Don't bring your catoat this shop otherwise they will destr the y vehicle then charge your money.

Some times good and few times misdiagnosed, but relatively expensive. Serviced here about 10 times. Looking back typically there is a 30-50% mark up on labor and parts.

Very bad service, I think they don't know what to do, regarding major issues. I went for an inspection, charged $75, then the issue was the front 2 wheels hub assembly, it is only maximum two hours of labor but they charged me 4 hours of labor X $150, plus $430 for the parts( more than double their actual price) the total charge was $1120, on driving the car back home the ABS light came on, no light came on in the dashboard before going there. I drove back, they checked again and said just the sensor needed to be cleaned, everything is ok, I drove the car back home, and the next day I drove the car to wall mart ( 4 miles away) the ABS light came on again, called them and said bring it in the morning, I took the car again for the third time early in the morning, we got it back after 3 PM, they said they had to replace the hub they put there because it was bad. And said the car was fine now no more issues. The next day I drove my daughter to college about 9 miles driving, and the ABS light came on again, we managed to go back home safely and called them, and they admitted that they didn't put factory spare parts. I have to take back tomorrow for the fourth time to put a factory spare parts. I lost trust in them, I used to go there for an only oil change.

I caught them lying about doing an alignment, could not give me a printout of the correction, “our printer is broken”.I took it home and had to come back. I also paid them for a suspension inspection on my accord. Again they lied about doing it and said everything was fine. THE NEXT SHOP FOUND THE AXLE IN THE FRONT WAS NOT INTACT. Scammers

They charge 65 for inspection only and no proper inspection and was asking 400 first and then then 356 price not clear. I went to other they charged 120 including labor my car now ready to go. Never go to this shop if you u want to save your money plus they are not welcomming.

They don’t communicate price correctly. First I was told my hose was leaking and they said it would be 180 and on my receipt it says 180 for labor but they never mentioned to me about any other price my total came out to $340. Make sure if you go here that you ask for the total cause you may not be able to afford your own car Edit: I went to get new brake pads and brakes all around just for just for big ol tires to tell me two months later i needed new brakes well after that my brakes would not work which lead me to spinning out and totaling my car thank God my daughter and I are alive. I wish I could give less than a star
