Overall a good service and had a mostly positive experience. For my experience there was a delay in service due to the repairs taking longer than expected which unfortunately meant I did not have my car for 2 extra days as they are closed on Sundays. Moving forward if this happens for their customers that may not have their cars ready by Saturday I would recommend for the business to set those expectations ahead of time or offer additional options in case the customers need their cars on Sunday. Luckily this service was nice enough to discount the cost overall, but this could be improved for next time.

We have been going to Reliable for more than 15 years because I know my car will be repaired for a fair price and done right. They also stand behind their warranty on repairs. As an example, I had a clutch repaired two years ago by them, and when I noticed an issue with the clutch pedal now, two years later and way beyond any warranty, it was fixed for free. A couple of years ago, our 20-year-old car was taken to a dealership for an oil change, and they recommended several items for repair, stating the cost would start at $5,000. I took the car to Reliable, and all the work was completed for $800. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been getting my car repaired, serviced for more than 15 years at Reliable. As name suggests, they are very reliable and dependable. Quotes are reasonable, workmanship is great. Always give correct advice. They would let me know what work needs to be done as per criticality. They are professionals. I would recommend them for car work anytime.

I had my Mercedes GLE 350 serviced at Reliable Auto Repair at Blossom Hill Rd. Location. Everything starting from making appointment to getting a quote for the service, delivering the car for service and getting it back on time was a smooth experience. I was impressed with professionalism of Michael and Eric at the front desk. Their rates were much lower than that of the Mercedes dealer and they provided a two year warrantie as well. In addition they honored a 15% discount coupon from a Costco. I will be going there again.

A few days before Christmas I was a couple blocks from their location when I had a tire blowout a few days. They took my car immediately and put on my spare (which was difficult to get to since it was underneath the car). They also took the time to make sure the tire pressure was correct. Their charge was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with their work and their front desk person, Eric, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Amazing experience. I work on my own cars and I was stumped when my car would not turn over. I replaced the starter, fuses, relays and Michael and his team diagnosed a faulty crankshaft position sensor. Would have never guessed that was the issue. 5/5 would definitely recommend them.

I can’t tell you how much I love these guys. They have worked on three different cars for us for over 7 years. Everything from routine maintenance, to wheel bearings. I especially appreciate that when I I accidentally dropped my engagement ring into the drivers seat tracks they were able to take everything apart and get it for me. Their prices are good, they are super honest and do great work.

I’ve been going to Reliable Auto over 15 years. They’ve always done an excellent job. This time, I had problems with braking and noises from the wheel well area, and when I was ready to leave, my car battery died. They took care of everything. Thank heavens for this shop!

Eric and Michael are the best to work with, very responsive and responsible! they tell me clearly every time what my car needs and doesn’t need, and if I can’t get something fixed right away they’ll tell me how much longer I can drive my car before it gets urgent so I can plan out my maintenances, I’ve been coming to them for years and they kept my car running smoothly!
