My 03 Dodge Ram needed a head job. 50k/3 years prior my radiator blew out and recently started blowing fog down the street. Nathan and Robert had it fixed better than when I inherited the truck and I've put about 500 miles on it since and I'm so pleased with the whole repair. I can't say enough praise! Thank you!

100% best mechanic i’ve been to. Had to get my Mercedes towed in because of a busted coolant hose. Robert took care of receiving the car so i wouldnt have to go to the shop and wait. Such a smooth process. The price was way better than others and Robert explained the part that i needed. Showed me the broken and new piece. Shops are rarely this transparent and informative. Went ahead and got my inspection and oil change as well. Very impressed.

I am so thankful for this shop for their excellent service and the staff were very nice and very helpful. I’ve had great experience with them every time I stop by for minor repairs. And today, I’m very much thankful to the guy who was in the front desk today for helping me with my request regarding in putting my fender liner and was beyond grateful because he did not charge me for it and it’s a blessing for me. I appreciate the staff who fixed my fender liner and everyone. You all are very kind. God bless this team and the shop.

Wasted my time coming here. Needed a state inspection and when I arrived, told me that they don't do them although it is displayed as part of their services and on the building as an official state inspection location.

We all know can’t please everyone, but I recommend this repair shop I got my AC repair , I've been testing for a week to make sure my ac would not give me any problems since I spend more than I expected to be , but I can tell you that this guys did a great job ac still work great that I'm loving my car again thank you Robert & Chris

I was having car problems , I took my car to different shops around the area and no one was giving me an straight or an honest answer , I was really frustrated and tired of dealing with all this nonsense, a friend of mine recommended me to Reliable, Mr Robert and his team got together they did the proper diagnostic and after a day and a half my car was finally fixed and back on the road .I recommend this place 100%

My car was having mechanical problems after the bad storm, I took my car to Firestone on grant road and the guy told Me I needed a new engine. I was skeptical because my car was still driving but had no power and I called reliable auto repair and they set me an appointment for the next day and I took my car in after an hour they recommended me to change my spark plugs, two ignition coils and my engine air filter. I was back on the road and my car was fixed. Robert is a honest and trustworthy and went out of his way. Thank you so much and I will recommend this shop to friends and family.

I just called to make an appointment and the guy answered the phone with a real nasty attitude, horrible customer service .. He act like he didn't want my business. I decided I was going to take my money and my business someone else.

Brought in a 2016 Hyundai that was having issues where the car would just stall. They had the car for 2 days and did a series of diagnostics and determined it was most likely the rod bearing issue that is known on the 2.4L engines. They called the Hyundai dealership and confirmed it was covered under the warranty program for that issue and let me know. Had the car towed and Hyundai confirmed and is replacing the motor free of charge. The guys at Reliable were very professional and HONEST throughout the whole process. I'm an engineer and I know engines and these guys were spot on throughout the troubleshooting process. I highly recommend them for any repair needs and will be going back for any future needs. Good repair shops are hard to find and I just found one.

These guys have worked on our 2013 Chevy van and our 2020 Durango SRT. They diagnose the issues, quote a fair price, and do (correctly) what they say they are going to do. AND they don't drag their feet.I highly recommend them.
