10/10 service. I had gone to a previous shop where I needed to replace my brakes, and after a horrible job on my car I decided to try reliable auto repair. they were able to fix my brakes and actually explain to me what had been wrong with the brakes. Great customer service! Definitely recommend!

Mr. Hayder is very knowledgeable about cars and what I like about him is he will not try to take your money. If he doesn't think it should be replaced, he will tell you that and give you the choice to move forward or not. He is a man of integrity.

First time I've been to this mechanic shop but was totally worth the visit. I took My 1992 honda and had some maintenance issues that i didn't even know. It litgit took them 3 hours to fix the problem. When i drove off the lot i felt a major difference in the way my car performed it felt like a new car again!!. These guys know exactly what the issues are and tell you on the spot. And they make you feel welcomed. I would recommend Reliable auto repair to anyone whos lookn for a litgit professional machinc shop. Good price, fix on time, and great service. I know for sure i'd headn back for future service.

Over priced got quoted $475 in labor for a clutch master cylinder and $125 for the part. At the dealer the part was $80 and $200 for labor. Avoid this place like covid

He will charge you low if you have cash. BUT HE WILL CHARGE EVER LAST PENNY WITH SNAP FINANCIAL. HE CHARGED ME $400 FOR SPARK PLUGS?

Muy mala experiencia, llegamos mi camioneta a arreglar y anda súper mal no le pusieron lo de supuestamente le habían echo traigo el motor sin soportes se escucha fatal y el dineral de nos cobraron . es un robo no los recomiendo

TERRIBLE customer service. Kept reverting me to website for truck rental. When he first answered the phone and I said I was interested in a truck rental, he said "ohhh noo...I don't have anything available right now" said a few more sentences on nothing available today and I said "are you assuming that I want something right now, like in this moment?" He said "oh yea." I said " I would need it for Friday" and he said "Oh Friday? Okay what time would you like to pick it up? 10? We open at 9" I said, "Well online says I can pick it up at 7, is that an incorrect option?" He says, "Oh yes you can use a code to get them before or after hours. Just go ahead and go online and reserve it..." I said " Well I am calling because I need to pick up at 7a.m. but drop off at 1130p.m. but it's not letting me go past 24 hours" Him "Ohh well.. It's probably because I don't have anything available right now" At that point I was done. He basically sounded soooo busy he didn't want to help me. Kept reverting me to use online even though I stated my issue and insisted he had NOTHING available RIGHT NOW even though I was inquiring days out for a rental. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

Very satisfied with the results. I took my Juke in for an engine swap and while it did take longer than was originally estimated, they did a fantastic job. Runs like almost new compared to the original engine, and they had no issues keeping me informed on the process and what they were doing to work on it. If i need to take a vehicle into the shop ill probably be going back to them, coming from someone who does all his own work on his vehicles. 10/10!

Always quality work. But what's more: the staff knows exactly what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. I am always a returning customer. Today - 6/12/2018 - They blew me away again! Beto and Danny are awesome. They stick to their name. Sometimes we're a little short on funds, but that's ok because they finance. Our community has a pair of mechanics they can rely on. Absolutely love them.

These guys know their business. I had my business truck fixed there and very happy. Also have taken my wifes corrola and they did an exceptional.job. the price was the lowest in town, finished my.vehicles on time, and excellent customer service. I highly.recommend them for car service...they also fixed my bumpin stereo system cheap.... Very happy and Will return to them for more car help.

Need an honest mechanic this guys are the best, i took them my 2006 VW Passat because the transmission was making noises i had already got a quote of 1500dll from another shop they were saying it was a common problem in this cars. but before taking it to them my friend refer me to this guys at reliable, to make long story short the guy a reliable took out a computer hooked up to my car he said all we need to do its reset the transmission module he said this happens when you leave the car with no battery for a long time, he was right i had left the car with no battery for more than 2 weeks he reset the module and charge me only 59 dll so i really recommend this shop.
