Juan and his team are amazing. They fixed my Honda Civic quickly and extremely affordably. Juan kept me updated about every step of the process and how much everything was going to cost, there were no hidden surprises. The team even went above and beyond to buff out a different scuff. I would HIGHLY recommend this business!

Greatest customer service as well as pricing/work timing. I was just so impressed. I’ve never gotten such a great deal in the city as with this spot. Will definitely be returning for any future needs. (An added note- someone answered the phone extremely promptly when it was 5 minutes before closing!! Always such a good sign as well.)

These guys are the best! They were fair with prices, kind, efficient, and did a great job with my busted light and undercarriage. They added on a polishing service for cheap too.

Thank you Juan and everyone who works at this shop for a great experience. Brought my car in to get a dent fixed, the crew returned it like new (and also fixed some paint chips & another minor scrape). I'm so happy with the service and professionalism of this place, don't plan on going anywhere else - let's hope I don't get into another scrape anytime soon though. Highly recommended!

My car was sideswiped, no note, just a "Hit and Run". Was going to take it to the Lexus dealer. I happened to see Larry Wagner, who is now with Reliable Auto Body, on the street and literally yelled to him. I parked in a nearby parking lot and he took a look. He gave me a prompt estimate and he dealt with my insurance company. The work was done almost immediately and my car looks great! So glad I didn't have to travel out of the neighborhood to get quality work done on my car. I trust these guys and recommend them. Thank you! Laura S.

Until I discovered Reliable Auto Body, I considered most auto body shops as glorified chop shops. First I noticed that the work area was clean and organized. Good first impression. Then they made the insurance claim seamless. To my surprise, not only was the repair perfect and on time, they detailed the whole car! Inside (where years of buildup lay peacefully) and outside --- to new car quality. Juan and his team are friendly and thorough. I’ve already recommended Reliable to several friends. Strong Recommendation!
