I recently had my tires replaced and alignment done at REIS Auto, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The staff was friendly and took the time to explain my options for new tires, helping me choose the best fit for my car. The alignment was completed quickly, and my car now drives smoothly. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden fees. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend them!

I specifically return to REIS Automotive after being suggested to check out Ray's (previous brand's name) because I was impressed with their cordiality and their patience. Specifically Mr Yang is the manager who has made an impact on my experience and their technicians who are willing to be clever to resolve issues found on my car. While I did not have a ride to leave the shop, though they do have a shuttle service, they were patient enough to allow me an hours long bunkering up on their lobby, charging a laptop while I accomplished my own work. They also are located close enough to Crossroads diner to have suggested them as the nearest and best place to grab a meal. They are friendly and sociable, understanding; both locations. When time of service and at payment, the technician and manager walked me piece through piece of the fixes to make and were very fair about what did or not need fixing, the priority of systems to address, and their associated cost. I felt respected and included in the process, not just the customer to pay for the work. It felt well to specifically be the owner of my car. Their work is appreciated and I will continue returning to Greenfield for their sake.

REIS automotive has changed my entire view on auto shops as a whole , as a young woman it is hard to find auto shops who don’t try to completely take advantage of the fact that we don’t know much about vehicles and they can be intimidating. From the moment I entered REIS , I was greeted warmly, asked what I needed help with, gave options and did not hesitate to give explanations if I had questions. I will never step foot in another shop ! I trust them wholeheartedly. Thank you REIS!

I initially found these guys accidentally but have used them for repairs for all my vehicles. They are honest and up front recommending the work that is necessary as well as what may be needed in the future. Their pricing is fair and they look for ways that will save you money. I highly recommend!

I thought I needed a new car battery, it was past the 36 mo. warranty period and had gone dead after car sitting for 10 days last month. I charged it and was ok again but figured I better make sure before more cold weather moved in. Battery tested low so tech at Reis went further and tested under a load which it failed. They also were very thorough by checking if there was any abnormal draw on the battery such as from starter, etc. That all checked out and I had them replace the battery. All good now.

They’ve worked on both my older vehicles (2000 Acura RL and 2007 Volvo XC90). Will definitely be coming back for all my repair needs in the future. great communication, fair prices, and overall phenomenal staff. All the guys I’ve dealt with so far have treated me with respect and listened closely to my car concerns in order to fix them. Keep up the great work!!

In and out in the time projected. Courteous staff. Starting coming here after buying my used Honda from an relative in out of the area who did all his own work. I use to bring my Edge here, the last time they told me they could fix it but it would be better if I donated it. Because it would be a waste of my money. Not many places would do that.

Received great service at REIS Auto Greenfield. Took my car in for an issue with the windshield wiper fluid which was found and corrected nice and quick - super thankful heading into salty road/dirty windshield season! They also tackled my last minute wishlist (new wiper blades, etc) with ease and a smile. Great group, will definitely be back for future services!

Repaired my wheel after an accident. I would like it is Reis could repair items such as remote parking and backup camera. I understand the expense but why not have a few repair businesses go together and buy this equipment and send your customers there rather than make them go to the car dealer.

They were so helpful in picking out a set of tires for my car, installing them and checking the front end suspension system and making sure everything was just right. I really appreciate their service policies and the way they do things there. My old car Jeep 2004 could not be in better hands than theirs.

Went in with a battery connection problem. They were able to look at it right away and diagnosed the problem. Would highly recommend and will be back for future repairs.
