We had an amazing experience at Reid’s! Our car broke down while spending the day in Charlotte and we called this auto shop for towing assistance. They not only towed our car but were able to provide the services it needed to fully repair it back! Mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone!

Both the person that towed my car and the one who repaired it, Will, were super polite, fair on pricing, quick on service and straight to the point when it came to what was wrong. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

Had an excellent experience with them. Highly recommended! Wonderful, friendly staff, and they were quick to assist with short notice. Long story short, we were on our way home to Ohio from Daytona, Florida and had brakes issues with our camper. Other places couldn't schedule us in and without hesitation, they had us serviced right away. Had us back on the road on the same day! If you guys are reading this, thanks again for your help. We really appreciate it!!

Have waited 2 days for a tow through ford roadside assistance. They use Reid’s and this is the 3rd request for a tow that’s been canceled by Reid’s.

I have been bringing my cars to Reid for years. He has assisted me towing as well as repairs. He is honest and affordable and does exactly what he says he will do. He does not even advertise because word of mouth is all this shop needs. I recently had a car issue and had a hiccup with one of the employees and he called me directly to resolve the situation and even went to the shop on his day off to make sure my vehicle was done when he stated it would be. He is awesome! I will never take my car to anyone in the area but here. 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I have used Reid's towing and auto service several times. He has helped us remove abandoned cars from our parking lot. He has fixed my son's car (when the dealership held it for 2 weeks without touching it once) giving us another few months before he had to buy a new car. Reid is one of the most salt of the earth men I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

I know that I have had the hardest time finding honest mechanics. I relocated to Charlotte a few months ago and have already had two bad experiences. This place is a Godsend. Very professional and honest. Give them your business if you want to be treated fairly.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. DONT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, THESE FOLKS LEAVING THESE REVIEWS ARE WEIRDOS. THIS SHOP ONLY GOID FOR TOWING. REPAIR BUSINESS I WOULDNT SUGGEST THESE DUDE TO FIX A PEDAL BIKE. OLE REID IS WASHED UP. I CAME HERE FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES AND ITS ALWAYS CROWDED WHEN EVEYONE JUST STANDING AROUND. I TOOK MY CAR LESS THEN HALF A MILE UP THE BLOCK ACROSS THE TRAIN TRACKS TO THE SPANISH DUDES JOSE. JOSE SHOP INTEGRITY PERFORMANCES FIX MY CAR AND I WENT BACK IN FORTH TO NYC AND CHARLOTTE FOR TWO YEARS BEFORE I SOLD THE CAR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THEY TOW SERVICE THOUGH. THEY HAVE HEAVY DUTY TOW TRUCKS THAT WILL GET A 18 WHEELER OUT A JAM BUT THE REPAIR BUSINESS SUCKS!!

They got someone out to me in under and hour and the technician made sure to tell the service associates at the dealership exactly where he dropped off the car when he arrived. I’d been unsuccessfully trying to get the right tow truck out through my roadside service provider for days and with Reid’s it was about two hours from the phone call to when I pulled back into my driveway after getting my car situated at the dealership.

We’ve brought our car here 3 different times, each time they haven’t been able to fix it completely, causing us to come back. They’re impossible to get ahold of and simply don’t call you about your car. This place is a scam. Will not be returning, not like they were going to help us anyway. 👎👎👎

Words can't express my gratitude to Mr. Reid and his outstanding customer service! I was stranded on my way back to Florida with a dead battery and he and his Staff were quick to resolve the issue and with such care and efficiency. And very, very good price. Mr. Reid and his staff did an amazing job fixing my tire. Definitely will recommend, they make a bad day just a little bit better and we know how much that helps. If I ever need a tow they will definitely be who I call again. It’s rare finding people the genuinely cares!
