Disgusted, disappointed, and depressing. Used to be my one-stop-shop, and now, it’s excuse with no proper communication. Professionalism out the door. Will never go back because of what happened. This place is ruined by “NEW MANAGEMENT”.

Hands down the worst place of business I've ever experienced. Went in for an inspection and oil change.They broke a part of my dashboard when they had no business messing with it in the first place. Apparently i also have a leak in my fornt end suspension which was not there before. He gave me smart remakes when i first entered but i brushed them off . Then he proceeds to talk to me like I'm stupid and I did it on purpose.Then threatens to call the police because I started to get irritated when I peeped his game. If I could give -5 Stars, it still wouldn't be enough. I do not recommend them for anything

I was leaving work and realized I had a flat tire. Regency was just down the road, and it was after 4 p.m. I told the mechanic what was going on. He graciously plugged my tire so I could make it home, 1 1/2 hour drive. He was very pleasant and helpful. I was so relieved that he fixed my tire. Once again, thank you so much!

These guys were great and fast. Needed a new catalytic converter and an oil leak repaired. Brought it in on a Monday and they had it diagnosed and repaired by Friday. A little miscommunication in the process but overall awesome job.

This is overdue. My family and I have been coming here for years, and always have a pleasant experience. They are honest, helpful, and affordable.
